The office personnel had remembered me from staying with them previously. I was given the same rate as when I stayed with on a previous occasion. The hotel location was convenient to things i needed to accomplish during my stay at the hotel. There is nothing to change or any complaints with the hotel.

Nice friendly staff The creepy attic entrance was in our room and all the windows were unlocked.

We stay here anytime we visit Chickasha. They are always so polite, and the rooms are always very clean. We had left some clothes hanging up in our room, and they called us immediately, and we were able to come back before leaving town to collect our things.

Manager and his family were very helpful. A misunderstanding on the rooms (on our part), was resolved by the manager. Extra towels and pillows were made available quickly. Walk-in shower was nice. More floor space in the room would have been nice with 3 adults.

Easy to find. Lots of restaurants near by. The furnishings were a little dated but not a deal breaker. I will meet my friend there again in the near future.

Upgrades that were done. Jacuzzi tub. Pillows, what wasn't updated like carpet ? and furniture. Ice - has to be delivered to your room and smells something like curry.

Didn't like the fact they changed payment when I arrived so I canceled booking and won't stay here again!
