mold and poop smears on walls no refund given when i tried to cancel

Found a roach in the room. Our toilet handle broke, we let staff know, he stated he would tell his manager. We stayed a couple more days and it still did not get fixed. They stated they had breakfast. The breakfast was a packaged coffee cake. They also had cereal and yogurt. That was all.

Room was dirty. My daughter saw toe nail clippings on the floor, the fridge was dirty, the shower faucet and light fixture. The room smelled musty. Not kid friendly and didnt feel safe for a family.

Breakfast was minimal ! Breakfast, I got some orange juice and a bug was floating in it! We killed a bug on the bed sheet, killed 3 bugs in the bathroom, and I killed 4 bugs just outside our door! The stool seat was very loose, the water control handle for the shower water was not secure, it fell off the stem! The baseboards in the bathroom was dirty!

The bed was very comfortable. The bath tub fixtures were very loose...they felt like. It was going to fall off. The refrigerator needed ti be defrosted.

Towels were stained. Handle on the sink came off when I tried to use it. The floors in the stair case hadn't been swept in weeks. The rest was ok.

The hotel itself is a little dated, quick glace at the room looked fair clean but turn the lights on that the curtains were coated in dust, room smelled bad (old) microwave was extremely old and dirt, shower was VERY loud squeezing noice. The worse part was it was a NO smoking hotel and the hallway was a cloud of smoke and the Marijuana smell was enough to give you a contact buzz. It was aweful!!! We stayed there because we were in town for a high school rodeo which we have in Chickasha a few times a year, i will not recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely won't be staying there again. Good think there is a lot of hotels in Chickasha to choose from. Also there is a lot of people who live in this place by the week as a place to live or it seemed to us.

There was dirt, hair, and a dead spider on the bed…. And the shower wouldn’t drain in the first room. They switched me rooms and the next room was dusty and their was a bug on the air conditioner. I left a day early and I’m waiting to be refunded after they charged my card a second time for the room.

Staff good. Linens were stained and not white. We only stay there because the per rate is doable

Nothing The desk clerk asked for my credit card even though I had paid online and checked in thru super 8 online and already gave a card for incidentals when I gave it to her she charged my credit card for the stay and when I confronted her she said she would cancel it and it would fall off my card it still has not came off and I’m now having a hard time finding any customer service to help me ? I will never stay here again !!!!!

After a disaster with the Mot.6-swamp across the street, this property saved us. Your desk agent was professional, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and, most importantly, exceptionally clean. Perfect stay. No problems.

It was convenient to where we were going. Nice front desk man. The tv sound was horrible, very irritating, speaker going out. The desk chair kept going down and wouldn’t stay up. The room was pretty dusty. The maid was very rude.

The pot smoker next door. The noise. More blankets.

Close to Christmas Lights of Chickasha Ok, Nice Staff, Good Room.

Breakfast was very limited, cold food only.
