The receptionist was a nightmare

I didnt even stay there and lose my money even its a terrible place to stayI try to cancel once I arrive but not recieve any response from y' ll

I will never stay again, there was black mold in the bathroom, trash, dirty carpet, dirty linens on the bed, ac was broken

It was bad straight nasty broken doors not clean what so ever and it had cockroches

The pictures online look great! The reality is not so much.

The room was not cleaned they were spraying bug spray spray paint the room smelled of mold the television didnt work they wanted you to put in your own credentials to even watch television the tv in on side wouldnt even work there was no furniture flies all in there not my type of room. We left right after we seen the room and went down the road to super 8 motel which cost me $88. The room at the other place was $73.00 that I believe should of been returned to me cause we didnt stay there at all the room wasnt even ready at 2 and they were still in the room trying to clean it. It was filthy and stink

The rooms were also very disappointing. My first room wasn’t even ready and didn’t have any sheets on the bed. When they moved me to a second room, it had roaches. The building itself is very old and not well maintained. Overall, I would not recommend staying here unless you are absolutely out of options and on your last few dollars.

I didn’t stay. As I arrived a man was holding a lady down on the ground assaulting her while others watched.

Nothing. I feel like i need to go through an infestation decontamination The roaches, the stained mattress and towels, the screaming people, or the mold covering the ceiling in the bathroom

The pool wasn't working and it wasn't working when my son stayed during the summer either they need to get that fixed because they are charging for amenities they never have up and going.

The friendly staff It was dirty, had roaches, grime on walls, bed sheets for curtains, people screaming and fighting all night, the worst experience we have ever had!

The room was nice. The room wasn't very clean. And the staff either wasn't in the office and no number to call if needed. Staff was also little mean when I told them that we had left a bag in the room when we checked out and Left.

Ordered a non-smoking room. Room was clearly a smoking room. Room was very dirty (trash on the floor) and poorly maintained. Plastic bags over the smoke detectors. Asked for a different room and it was even worse. Requested refund and stayed at a different hotel.
