Old property had an odor. The pool was not working. Restaurant food at hotel very bland. Air conditioner sounded like a motorcycle starting up every time it came on. Location was good only a couple miles from Canyon de Chelley.

Close to where we were exploring. Food selection and restaurants very poor. Pool was out of service. We had booked 2 nights only showed one. Didn’t make up room during the day. Air conditioning super loud small bathroom. No cell service in that area. Would never stay there again.

Staff at hotel great! No breakfast at hotel but next door junction restaurant great place to eat.

Very clean and well run mid range motel.

Quiet, comfortable bed Heater settings, had to unplug & reset because it wasn’t warming up.

Room was clean and looked to be recently renovated. Shower pressure was awesome.

2nd time staying, it was a late check in and out early. The moths were the main issue in the room. The beds were not as soft as the last room i stayed in about 2 months before.

Easy parking-Handicap. Walk in shower was good. The wall thermostat. didn't know how to operate it. Also need a ceiling fan in restroom.

No breakfast, and the nearby restaurant was quite busy (not many of them in Chinle).

Evrything was perfect, we got in late and the ac in our assigned room was not working. I called the front desk to let them know and they immediately offered another room, i really appreciate that. They tried all the ts they could and once that didn't work we were moved.

Still needs updating. I would avoid the restaurant. Go down he street and get breakfast at burger king or McDonalds.
