Super helpful and kind front desk as well as all the other staff.

Very convenient to the interstate, local shopping and restaurants. The parking lot is small but they also have parking off to the side of the hotel behind Walmart. It feels safe to park in either location.

Breakfast was good quality. Staff is very helpful I would definitely stay here again Room was very cold upon arrival. Ice machine on our floor was out of order No fan in the bathroom

Beds where comfortable and the double queen room was spacious. Let her the indoor pool and that it was open later than most hotel pools. The breakfast was good and there was always coffee water and tea ready in the lobby. The bridge to the theater shopping and food was so convenient and a nice evening walk. Most convenient was the Walmart that was a 2 minute walk right behind the hotel doesn't get any better. I had zero complaints

Only stayed 1 night but the staff we interacted with were Great and the breakfast was Wonderful (Far above average- as in they make their own croissants and things in house). The hotel was also clean, but it is dated and beyond just needing a renovation (which the poor manager has been waiting to get approved for years). Some things were in need of legit maintenance to the point it could be a problem in some circumstances. For instance, the shower current rod in our room was breaking away from the wall enough I had to warn teen daughter to pull curtain across very carefully so no pressure was put on it. I would not have felt safe if had young kids with me who couldn't be counted on not to put any pressure on it when pulling shower curtain across. That said, the staff was great and I'm sure would have moved us if asked, but we arrived late and had already changed rooms once due to cracks in the first tub's porcelain that had some rust showing thru - so we were just careful with the shower curtain. The mattresses did seem relatively new though and were comfortable. You can tell the manager and staff own making the things within their control the best they can, which I really respect, and why I'd rate it a 3.5 overall (so rounded up to 4). I would be a bit hesitant to stay more than a single night, but would be willing to stay there again.

Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly. There was no smell of weed, which is unfortunately so common these days. We only stayed for one night and didn't eat the free breakfast, but it looked very good.

The check in was smooth as everything was ready for my arrival. They have a very nice deal for breakfast which is hot with real eggs and bacon. Great fruits and breads. A great value. The room was a good size for a over-night stay but the bathroom could use some upgrade as the shower was missing the towel rod on the sliding door. Overall I would stay again next year when I make the same trip again.

It was a top notch operation from the staff to the facilities. The only drawback and it was a minor one was the parking.

The room assigned was spacious and appointed with a sofa and refrigerator. I appreciated both. Guest Service Staff Mbr who checked me in was friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. Public areas were clean and refreshed. Parking was a bit inconvenient with very few spots near main entrance. And upon my arrival all were full so had to park in overflow. Room carpet was dirty. Shower had some yellow liquid in floor and ceiling above shower was damaged and moldy. Sofa dirty.

The property is a little dated but we had a great stay. The location is perfect right across from a mall and tons of dining options. We would definitely stay here again.

Requires facilities and overall cleaning/remodeling.

The breakfast was very good, however. REAL scrambled eggs and REAL Oikos yogurt (not that fake Yoplait junk) on real china and silverware. They brought coffee and juice to our table. The breakfast was not free, of course, but it's a good price if you prepay when making the reservation.

It was a one night stay for a tournament. Food was ok. The rooms was clean and comfortable. Service was great. The water pressure was very low not sure why.

Convenient to things around town Bathroom was moldy smelling, 2 lights in the bathroom were not working, panel was partially open above the shower, carpet was wet around ac unit and the thermostat was very loud when turning on and off.
