I like that the location of the hotel is so close to a variety of dining and shopping options. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

Great price and location next to restaurants. In particular, it has a Tesla charger, which makes it perfect for Tesla roast trips.

Overall is good location convenient

Room was spaciaous and clean. The location is excellent .The only problem was the pool was broken.

The pillows and bed were amazing. However, the sheets for the pullout couch were stained when we took them out of the package to make the bed. The breakfast was fantastic, the best bacon we have had at a continental breakfast. The pictures may be a bit old as they reflect a newer remodel than what we encountered.

After check-in, we went up to our room and found that it hadn’t been cleaned up yet. Beds were not made. Towels lying around, etc. Desk staff then assigned us to another room. The hallway near the room smelled awful, like mildewed carpet. Outside one of the rooms near ours was a toilet plunger that remained there for more than 12 hours. After entering the room, we noticed a used washcloth hanging over the shower head and a coat hangar hanging on the curtain rot above the main window. Also, the paint on the wall was chipped where the small round end table had apparently been bumped into the wall many times. Also, the door of the cabinet that encloses the small refrigerator would not stay closed (i.e., it always swung completely open) so we had to put a trash can in front of it to keep it closed. The “fitness center” was similarly depressing. It contains one poorly maintained treadmill, a seemingly random (and small) collection of free weights, and several jump ropes. The large mirror in the gym is decaying and needs to be replaced. This hotel needs some dramatic changes in terms of infrastructure maintenance, housekeeping, and management.

Only stayed 1 night but the staff we interacted with were Great and the breakfast was Wonderful (Far above average- as in they make their own croissants and things in house). The hotel was also clean, but it is dated and beyond just needing a renovation (which the poor manager has been waiting to get approved for years). Some things were in need of legit maintenance to the point it could be a problem in some circumstances. For instance, the shower current rod in our room was breaking away from the wall enough I had to warn teen daughter to pull curtain across very carefully so no pressure was put on it. I would not have felt safe if had young kids with me who couldn't be counted on not to put any pressure on it when pulling shower curtain across. That said, the staff was great and I'm sure would have moved us if asked, but we arrived late and had already changed rooms once due to cracks in the first tub's porcelain that had some rust showing thru - so we were just careful with the shower curtain. The mattresses did seem relatively new though and were comfortable. You can tell the manager and staff own making the things within their control the best they can, which I really respect, and why I'd rate it a 3.5 overall (so rounded up to 4). I would be a bit hesitant to stay more than a single night, but would be willing to stay there again.

Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly. There was no smell of weed, which is unfortunately so common these days. We only stayed for one night and didn't eat the free breakfast, but it looked very good.

The check in was smooth as everything was ready for my arrival. They have a very nice deal for breakfast which is hot with real eggs and bacon. Great fruits and breads. A great value. The room was a good size for a over-night stay but the bathroom could use some upgrade as the shower was missing the towel rod on the sliding door. Overall I would stay again next year when I make the same trip again.
-
The pool area the most They need to have more food options for breakfast
-
It was a top notch operation from the staff to the facilities. The only drawback and it was a minor one was the parking.
-
Parking was a bit inconvenient with very few spots near main entrance. And upon my arrival all were full so had to park in overflow. Room carpet was dirty. Shower had some yellow liquid in floor and ceiling above shower was damaged and moldy. Sofa dirty.
-
Breakfast was served with only coffee, no water and or juice was available for the kids
