Breakfast was good, standard hotel fare, and the woman at the desk/breakfast room in the morning was very friendly. Pillows were comfy and bedding was clean. Bedding, high-touch surfaces, and bathroom sink were clean, but the room was grimy around the edges - suspicious stains all over the bed skirt that clearly does not get washed, thick layers of dust and grime around all vents, AC, and corners of the room. Splashed stains on the walls. A filthy air purifier left in the bathroom, which was just a bit strange. But cheap enough and the bed was clean. The woman who checked us in seemed like she would rather be anywhere else than speaking to us, so we didn’t feel like making a fuss and just stayed in the room.

The bed was comfortable. Location is okay. What I didn't like was the fact that the room smelled funky. Not sure whether the rug wasn't clean or what but it was not pleasant. The breakfast area is very tiny and people were bumping into each other.

Great location between Blacksburg and Christiansburg. Quiet property. Pool area needs updating. It's not very inviting because the furniture is old and falling apart. Breakfast was not good.

Room was very clean and property was quiet. Hot breakfast, 24hr coffee, cookies, and water were a plus. Located about 5 minutes from some nice dining and shopping. The bed was so comfy that I literally checked online to see if I could buy the pillows (you can). Would stay here again for sure!

Sub contract running the hotel… not trained or quality is not the same. Cleaning supplies were out since 0700… and mechanic room was open. Hallway was so dark and trash can was full. Dirty carpet was felt so disgusting…:(( I am sorry but even with the name of bland, should check the hotel more often. Old and dark The coffee was so poor… running with hot water?

Hot breakfast was complete with waffles, scrambled eggs & sausage patties. Attendant kept everything clean and filled. Blackout curtain didn't reach the end of the front view window, so the parking area lights made the room pretty bright at night. Would prefer solid vinyl flooring vs. the old carpeting in the room.
