You ask how was the breakfast??? There was no breakfast! Very pleasant staff. You can not use the bathroom without having a very loud bathroom fan running. No shelf or counter top in bathroom for toiletries. Caulking and paint in bathroom done by an amateur. 1970's decor in room.

The room was okay overall and the staff was excellent. The parking lot was easy and the location is close to many stores. The kids liked staying here. However, some pillows case had an odor, like they were not freshly washed, and Also, breakfast was not available.

The staff is very friendly. Yes, this hotel hasn't been renovated for a long time. The equipment is outdated. But everything is in good working order and works perfectly. The rooms are also very clean.

I brought my service dog where the property allows it on the website. They immediately tried to kick me out of the hotel after they saw my dog. Then they moved my room to a cheaper one. There was left over food in the room and the front window was cracked. They did not give me a lower price since they downgraded my room, AND my girlfriend got a stye on her eye after sleeping in one of the dirty beds. Horrible experience and I am so upset I spent that much on terrible service.

The room was clean and smelled clean..The bed was comfortable and completely bug free..The office staff were super nice and accommodating..But, there wasn't and alarm clock in the room, the tv remote only worked part of the time and no coffee maker in the room..But all in all, I felt safe there and would stay there again if I were ever staying in Blacksburg again 👍👍

Room was clean, amenities were nice, beds were comfortable. Despite the heavy snow, the parking lot was well cleared and the walkways completely safe. I would definitely stay here again.
