perfect location, appears to be family owned which makes it very quaint, everyone was kind, room was very clean, will definitely stay her again, also very accommodating, close to everything I have no complaints regarding my stay here.

Adorable, old-fashioned retro motel. Owners were super nice. The buildings and finishes (doors, tiles, wall joints) are old, so don't expect perfection. Clean and tidy, with cheerful annual flower gardens planted all over.

The owner is very nice and responsive. He offered us water and brews coffee in the office for the guests. The rooms include a mini fridge and small microwave. The price is the best you’ll find in Blacksburg. Good location, too. There is nothing I didn’t like. Guests should know that it is a no frills place. Great for a few nights.

Typical low budget hotel where the bath towels were very clean, yet very small, and the tv worked, but was an older model and a tad blurry. No complaints on the condition or cleanliness of the property, it’s just not (or never will be) a five star property! Pool was filled in and a very large patio area.

Great value for our stay during move-in weekend at Virginia Tech - clean, quiet room, good parking, and convenient to the university and shopping. The hotel manager was extremely nice and helpful - highly recommend!

Good value. Clean room. Convenient access to VT. The room had a strong smell of Pinesol, which was difficult to sleep with. Maybe it was from heavy cleaning, maybe to cleanup faint cigarette smoke from a non-smoking room.
