Clean, nicer and responsive. I made a last-minute reservation. I was concerned at first because I didn’t know how to check in, left a message through the app, and the owner/manager replied right away and sent me all the info. It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but make sure to place the order at least the night before using the form or QR code in the room so they can prepare it for you. I will go there again.

Clean and comfortable, free parking. Great breakfast for a good price. Small thing, the bed is not super stable and the headboard hits the wall as you move in the night which is annoying.

Best option for us, clean, spacious, quiet, walking distance to town center, with a kitchen and a nice pool. Just perfect

Very nice location. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. Only minor complaint is that the bathroom was a bit cramped. Wish we had time to take advantage of the pool. Nice place with a place to park and very convenient location in downtown Blacksburg.

Second time staying and I wish I had known about it before. The location is unmatched. We walked downtown several times and the weather was perfect as well. Great time for a brief one night trip. Everything was terrific, I just wish I could stay during football season! All booked!

When I arrived the lock was not programmed to the last 4 digits of my phone number. I called in, but every time I selected one of the options, the phone disconnected. I continued to call and press different options until one time, someone answered.I was so thankful as I was at a lost for what to do. This would have been a bad situation if I had come in later at night. After this situation, everything went very well. The communication and support was great for the rest of our stay. Lovely place

Absolutely loved the location. Location could not be beat. Easy access to downtown. This was my first time at Blacksburg B&B. I had heard about it but never stayed. I graduated from VT in 1996 and come often since my oldest graduated a year ago and my youngest just finished up her Junior year. I wish I had known about this sooner but guessing the weekends I did come for football and basketball games were booked. The bathroom could use an upgrade but it was very clean and comfortable. Really no complaints!

This property has a great location and excellent amenities. It was my own fault that I did not realize that my room would be upstairs, even so the room was great for a short or long stay.
