Clean, well located and managed + they have EV chargers in the lot. Breakfast is standard American hotel warmed up frozen food but passable.

The room smelled like a mixture of locker room and mildew. The staff tried to deoderize the room but their only recourse after that failed was to cancel our reservation and leave us without a room.

Room was extremely roomy and comfortable. Hotel was clean and nice breakfast.

We were on the first floor. We eye checked into our room and when we entered our room, there was dirty bedding on our bed, trash in the sink and the room stunk. I spoke to the front desk staff about comping the room. They said I needed to speak with Booking.com then you would contact to hotel.

The property was super clean. Everything was easily accessible. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good and always full of everything. Love this hotel. Although the hotel is pet friendly, they do a great job of making sure it doesn't smell like it. Will stay here again for sure.

In early meanwhile I was told if there was a clean room I could check in early when I called a few days prior to arrival The bathroom in the lobby was dirty, doesn’t flush. My husband complained about the men’s bathroom as well

The friendliness of the entire staff. We enjoyed the breakfast and the variety of items presented for breakfast each day (not the exact same every day). The ladies serving the breakfast were super friendly even after answering the same question multiple times. The front desk staff were very kind and welcoming. The lobby was beautifully decorated for Virginia Tech graduations with thoughtful items available for the families, even small packs of tissues! Only slightly disappointed in the room cleanliness. There was a dirty coffee mug and an empty packet on top of the refrigerator. Nothing serious.

Had a great stay! The room was very clean, spacious, and felt brand new. The complimentary breakfast was good with plenty of options. The hotel had a really nice vibe overall, and the location was perfect. Close to many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
