Location? Super? Unfortunately, this place is not clean. The bed wasn’t well made when I walked in and surfaces didn’t look to be wiped down. When I took a shower there was hair all over the walls (not mine). Staff was nice, but they need to level up the cleaning game.

The property is conviently close to Virginia Tech. It's clean and staff are very professional. Breakfast was very good as well.

New hotel, spacious rooms, nice indoor pool and Fitness Ctr. Delicious hot breakfast, quite location. Full size refrigerator and dishwasher! No complaints

There was a nasty smell in the hallways of the 4th floor where our room was. Got into the room and the cord for the telephone was missing. No phone connection. TV didn’t work. Went to front office, lady came up, couldn’t fix two issues and put us in a different room

Clean and new building, not so clase to VT but great location given the services, restaurants and shops around

Already explained in other reservation, same applies here.. terrible and slow water pressure from shower, worst cleaning on the room, very rude front office staff..

2. 90% of the front office staff along with GM are extremely arrogant and not at all helpful 3. Room cleaning staff can’t understand English and not trained to clean rooms properly.. no vacuuming the carpet, no wc cleaning daily.. 4. Uploading photos of room after supposed cleaning..

Nice customer service. Clean would stay again. Only problem was the carpet in the room. It needs to be cleaned or removed.
