Pool is sufficient to use Filthy room, ripped and stained sheets, unchanged bedding used by previous guests, trash under the sofa bed, uncleaned kitchen appliances, including the fridge and coffee machine. Dirty window, AC vent covered in dusts, hairs left on the floor, housekeeping staff left the bathroom bin on the toilet.

I booked this room for my friend who was visiting from the UK. It was very conveniently located, right across from shops and restaurants and close to the Uni. The room (#306) was huge and very clean. Very nice stay overall. 10/10 recommend.

Staff were very friendly. Comfortable bed, very clean. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay went very well. My one issue was that Booking didn't offer me anything except king with sofa rooms or suites. It wasn't until we arrived that we learned there were rooms that fit us better because they have two beds and a sofa bed.
