Not a good experience at all. Very very disappointed

I stayed for two nights while moving my daughter into Virginia Tech for her first year. The hotel’s location in the heart of campus was incredibly convenient, especially for getting around and gathering all the information and essentials we needed. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Everything about our stay was excellent, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

Couldn’t not have asked for a better stay the night before move in. Staff were so kind. Breakfast was amazing! A perfect start to a 4 year journey. I will stay here every time I come to Tech if it is available!

Rooms are maintained clean, but not the Mattress and the bathroom which are like super dated

Beautiful property, far above your usual places at comparable prices. I guess it acts as a showcase for visitors to Virginia Tech, so the complex is gorgeous. Highly recommend.

The staff accommodated a last-minute need of ours—we didn’t plan for our daughter to stay with us, but her plans fell through. They gave us a roll out bed, no questions asked. The room was clean and incredibly quiet. Great place to stay.

Really enjoyed the hotel decor - both the common rooms and bedroom - elegant, attractive without feeling like a chain - unusual in our experiences of hotels. VERY comfortable. Loved the restaurant, where we had dinner, although it would have been nice to be able to have good, free coffee in the morning. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean and spacious although bathroom sink was surprisingly small. Very quiet and helpful staff.

The property and grounds are beautiful- watching the groundhogs who live at the edge of the back lawn are a joy to watch in the mornings
