Overall stay was fine. Elevators were not working well and ice machine on our floor wasn't cleaned in a hot minute. Staff extremely helpful though and room was clean.

The representatives at the front desk were very friendly and attentive. The bartender, who also waited on tables in the restaurant was fantastic. We ate there several times and he went above and beyond to make our meals special. I wish I could remember his name. We will definitely be back.

I was very very unhappy that because I booked my room with Expedia, my gold status with Hilton became null and void. Hilton is still getting paid either way! That’s bullsh*t.

The staff was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. We had dinner and a drink one night in the restaurant and it was very good. Our room furniture could have used a little TLC but nothing that would stop us from staying again. Rooms were spacious and quiet.

The room was dirty. The floor wasn’t vacuumed. There were cobwebs and dust and trash in the corners. The bathtub had hair on the body wash pump. There was hair in the tub the room smelt like cigarette smoke. The room was not clean. It was not up to standard of what I seen online.
