The best Hotel we have stayed at over the past four years of driving our daughter to Virginia Tech. The help at the desk was great, very respectful. And the building was beautiful and clean. Our room was perfect. Would recommend staying 100 %. We already booked our room for Graduation.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Bri, The woman who helped us check in and out was absolutely amazing, and super helpful during our first ever stay at the Hilton! Will definitely be back!

We reserved two rooms several months before arrival. We asked that both rooms be near each other. We confirmed a few days before arrival and asked again. When we arrived, we were on different floors and one room had a terrible view of the mechanical equipment which was somehwat noisy,.

Overall stay was fine. Elevators were not working well and ice machine on our floor wasn't cleaned in a hot minute. Staff extremely helpful though and room was clean.

The representatives at the front desk were very friendly and attentive. The bartender, who also waited on tables in the restaurant was fantastic. We ate there several times and he went above and beyond to make our meals special. I wish I could remember his name. We will definitely be back.

I was very very unhappy that because I booked my room with Expedia, my gold status with Hilton became null and void. Hilton is still getting paid either way! That’s bullsh*t.
