The staff was so polite and the room layout gives everyone their own space. We were touring VT so the location was perfect and the fresh cookies for sale were an amazing bonus!

The staff and hotel were great. The little league baseball teams running the halls playing on the elevator and being loud from 6 a.m was unbearable. No parents or coaches were addressing the players behavior. I had on of the coaches say "You picked a really bad weekend to stay in this hotel"

Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly especially the staff that worked the breakfast area. The breakfast was very good and included a nice selection. The hotel was well maintained and clean. It is conveniently located close to the university, shopping, and restaurants.

Also, please remind your hotel housekeeping staff to not have loud conversations outside rooms where guests may still sleeping with your very gracious noon check out.

They had a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, fresh fruit, yogurt, milks, drinks, etc. the property was very clean and nicely maintained. Across from Virginia Tech and close to different restaurants.

The breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel in a long time. I was impressed! There's a 24-hour fitness room. Late check-in (11:30 PM) was a breeze. The location was a bit far off the highway, but it was the only hotel that met my criteria so it was worth the 10-minute deviation.
