Nice location right by Virginia Tech, friendly staff…exactly what we would expect for a budget friendly stay…no complaints

Property was under construction but the place was really nice still!

The hotel is undergoing renovation. Though it is nicely done, if you have sensitivity to new carpet smell or new paint, then I would not recommend it. Everything is new including furniture, bedding, pillows. Check out is noon but housekeeping came around at 9 AM knocking on doors.

The room was nice and spacious. The beds were comfortable as well, and a short drive to downtown Blacksburg. A very nice and clean hotel, and friendly staff. It is a great hotel. Nothing I can think of.

Excellent location, friendly staff, and I like the bar and restaurant in the lobby. The elevator smells like mold and the hotel could definitely use some facelifts in the rooms.
