The accommodations were excellent especially the breakfast The mattress was absolutely miserable!! You could actually feel the springs. I was sooo happy to get out of there to sleep

This is a clean, well-maintained, and impersonal hotel. The staff is dry but helpful. It offers a fair price-delivery ratio. This is the best place to stay if you have school affairs to attend or business or friends to visit in the Otay District. It's way off for all other San Diego attractions.

Everything was great. A little dusty bc of some construction on the first floor, but the staff was amazing. I always come back to Ayres in Chula Vista bc it’s so convenient and I know what to expect every time I stay. I’m here at least 5-6 times a year it’s always the same.

My stay was great!!! The hotel was just as pictured on the ad. Everything looked new and smelled clean. The room was big and spacious and the free breakfast in the morning was a perk.

I’ve visited several times over the past few years (Chula Vista) and every time, the rooms, attendants, front desk staff, maintenance….everything and everyone is top notch friendly and hospitable. I travel with my 14 year old autistic son and he considers this hotel and staff his home away from home. I can not compliment this team enough from the management to the person cleaning the property, just top notch and a credit to their industry.
