SpringHill Suites by Marriott Chula Vista Eastlake

The property was nice, clean and the staff was nice and helpful. The first night we checked in the AC wasn’t work and it was just a fan the second day they moved us to working ac room. The last night we wanted to use the jacuzzi but it was not working. But overall the property was nice, they had a heated pool which my kids loved, and the staff was friendly.

The breakfast was already gone even only after 17 minutes after it started same as silverware.

Super clean and facilities are great!

The website stated that the pool was open until 12am and that's why we booked this hotel

Clean room, friendly staff

Thank you

Clean room, great breakfast and pool, friendly and accommodating staff

Just like rhe pictures I definitely will be back

The glass door is very dangerous. I was going to take a shower and I thought it’s clear area, I hit my forehead on the glass door.

Nice hotel

The place is set in a nice area, but we had a terrible experience. Entering the room, I found stain on the counter and near my bed, where I could not use it as it appeared to be smears that may have been missed in cleaning, along with the hair ball next to the closet door. At 1:40 am someone had pulled a fire alarm. It disturbed our stay because we were there one night for a tournament. It made the whole stay unpleasant. No apology or update from staff? We tried to call reception to see what the procedure was and if we had to exit the building. There was no response from the staff. Overall, this left a safety concern as I was traveling with family. We will not be staying here again.

Well maintained, modern and very clean facility. I really enjoyed the outdoor pool and the free breakfast which was always fresh and delicious and the staff were great. The only thing that I would say needs an upgrade is the gym equipment. For some reason, the elliptical machine was malfunctioning . Otherwise, it is a five star hotel.

Amazing location, great hotel

Very clean room. Staff was exceptional. Breakfast satisfactory. We enjoyed the pool. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

Absolutely excellent stay! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel was beautiful, extremely clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive—they truly made us feel taken care of throughout our stay. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was also very convenient, and the entire property felt safe and inviting. What impressed us most was the level of hospitality and attention to detail. We had such a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with exceptional service. Definitely a 10/10 experience!
