Great location to family; room was good for the time to rest in the midst of family gatherings No cover or pillow for sofa bed

Place was clean as expected. One lamp in the bedroom did not function. Unable to use as a lamp or to charge devices. Also, a piece was missing on the in-room coffee pot so it was unusable.

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good. They kept the beds made. No water pressure the outlets didn't work in the bathroom. Beds where stiff.

It was close to the Zoo. The staff seemed nice , breakfast was ok. The fact that they have a $150 charge for incidental that is not stated in the listing.. that its been 3 days and I still havent recieved it back. Location isn't in the best neighborhood.

Even though the location was close to the zoo, we still felt uncomfortable with the surrounding area. we were very uncomfortable with the surrounding area. There were homeless people on every corner, a man walking around in a stupor acting really out of his mind. The area did not feel safe and we did not feel safe, even in our room. Also, did not like that they took a deposit out of our account to hold for damage/smoking policies. I was assured it would not be charged to my account, but still did not like this practice. I was not given a receipt so really don't know what final bill was. Also, getting in and out of the drive way was very hard. Could not see oncoming traffic. I would not recommend this area to stay in, but the hotel itself inside was ok.

Front desk staff were friendly, helpful and competent. Booking.com made it appear the hotel had a hot tub/pool, but it had neither.
