Hampton Inn & Suites Cincinnati/Uptown-University Area

Was an amazing stay. Saff was more than helpful. Rooms were clean breakfast was pretty good and free.

Quick one night stopover…very clean hotel and helpful friendly staff. Clean room and had a great burrito at the Mexican restaurant right at the end of the hotel parking lot. Very convenient location.

Had a great breakfast and the room was nice Arrived early to let them know I was here. Told me I could check in at 1 or 2pm. Came back at almost 6pm and my room wasn't ready still. However they put me in a suite instead that was ready. I feel the price for 1 night is a bit high for what you get compared to other hotels that are cheaper but just as good. Additionally there isn't any soundproofing. You can hear every door close on your floor and multiple sirens outside. I'd say 5 out of 10 personally.

My only complaint with this facility was their parking. When your fee is listed as all inclusive why did I have to pay $9 to park? It’s not the $9, although I’ve never paid a parking fee at a hotel before, it’s the idea that I was assuming all inclusive pricing would have included this $9.

The guys at the front desk were some of the nicest, most helpful people I've ever met especially the tall, older fellow. They made sure everything was just right for my stay which relaxing and comfortable. The drain in the shower was very slow and when I mentioned it, they had it fixed in literally ten minutes. I will absolutely stay here again because the room was great - very clean and wonderfully cold AC on a horribly hot weekend-and the staff was amazing! Plus very close to UC without being right in the middle of all the campus traffic and construction. Highly recommend!

Empty trash left all over the hall way and by elevator.

The hotel was welcoming, perfectly located, clean and comfortable and had an amazing breakfast!’

I would stay here again.
