Loved the room very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast on Saturday was very good had live an omelette with cheese in it and sausage as the main hot items very good. Sunday the breakfast was not good the main hot items were impossible sausage which I tried was not good and the other hot item was scrambled eggs that were watery. The only thing about the room I’d like added is a hook outside the shower for a towel I had to place my towel on the back of the toilet to grab when I was done showering. We walked to the zoo from the hotel easy fast walk only about .6 miles from hotel. I gave the hotel 5 stars it is good and we will stay here next time we come to Cincinnati.

Room and lobby were in good shape. Breakfast was very good. I might suggest more than apples for fruit. We had no shampoo in the bathroom and only realized the dispenser was empty in the middle of a shower. Parking was hood and convenient.

This was convenient due to how close it was to the Cincinnati Zoo. We also visited the Newport Aquarium and The Underground Railroad Museum, all within a 15-20 minute drive from hotel. All excellent to see, and recommend highly. What we didn't expect was the $9 a night to park our car. Please know you will be charged. This fee has never been charged at any hotels we've stayed at. We upacked our cold items into the refrigerator and one hour later noticed nothing was getting cold. The manager came to check it...and came back to room with maintenance to fix it. It was turned to zero on back. The next morning we found the shampoo and conditioner bottles empty. They sent someone up to replace them. It isn't the worst thing to have ever happened, but details like these can make an impression when staying at a hotel. Most disappointing was the breakfast. It was sparse with options...and felt that out of not only the three hotels we stayed at over our trip, and those over the years, it was by far the worst "free breakfast " we've ever had. There are no "free" breakfasts...so for the cost of room ($210 a night) it was clear, no effort is being made to say...thanks for staying here!

Hotel was close to where we needed to be. I've stayed at several Hiltons (Hampton Inn). This location was the bottom for sure. Unfriendly check in. No complimentary water offered for this Hilton Honors member. Ice machine on our floor broken. Had to pay $9 for parking. Never have before.

The property was Nice & Clean, However I did not like it that, Housekeeping or Staff left dirty bed sheets in the hallway for 24hours, even after we advised staff of the mess.
