MainStay Suites Cincinnati University - Uptown

Uncooperative, misguided, misinformed, ect.

Honestly, I enjoyed my stay. Everything was cleaned, smelled good, and staff was very nice. My two negatives. 1) The shower - I’m not sure if every room has the same shower design, but the half glass wall in the shower was not good. It causes a HIGE mess when showering. Water was absolutely all over the floor. We even had the shower head all the was facing down, and I even had it pointing towards the wall as much as I could. 2) Breakfast - Honestly, we skipped and went somewhere else. At quick glance, it didn’t seem too appealing, but there were several guests eating and in line, so it could have just been me.

Superb

Overall it was a place in a good location, very clean staff was nice but didn't explain certain details very clearly but ok, I would stay there again with no hesitation Staff just didn't explain certain details very well, but overall I would definitely stay there again

Exceptional

Ignore the bad reviews about this place!! They really frightened me to the point where I almost did not show up. However, when I arrived I found a hotel that was well maintained, secure, and clean with helpful staff. Close to Cincinnati Children’s Hosptial and convenient for stays.

Good

Friendly and close to the ball field. Was a little noise from outside.

Very good

Nice hotel, but could use better coffee with cream...not watered down milk.

Very comfortable and clean I can’t think of anything
