Front desk staff was excellent. She got me checked in quickly, my room was very clean and it's close to three different bus routes. Will be staying here again

Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms. Easy access to downtown Cinci, and the markets.

Staff were fantastic. Little maintenance things would have made everything excellent. Our tv remote did not work even after someone came to look at it, the bathroom door handle was broken, and the AC was extremely lacking in one of our rooms.

Nice staff Very dirty halls, no towels, pool was ice cold unable to swim. Elevator broken.

Breakfast was very good and plenty to chose from Elevator was broken, only had one working. TV in room did not work and they did not comp me for this inconvenience. Had to pay to park in the hotel parking lot , we rented the room was this not enough but had to pay to park at the hotel you rented the room from. Lobby was very warm and the lobby bathrooms felt like a sauna.There were no soft drinks of any kind to purchase in the food area of the lobby. Poorly stocked

Good location, walk in shower, comfortable bed, very friendly staff Pool was closed down, for to “Maintenance issue”. There was some type of food near the edge of the bed on the floor.

The staff were exceptional. Victoria on the front desk was a delight and Keisha who looked after us at the bar both nights was exceptional. Both do friendly and accomodating Beds were a little uncomfortable you could feel the springs in the mattress. Disappointing the pool was out of action while we were there
