Springhill Suites by Marriott Midtown Cincinnati

They charged my card twice, $60 and $50 dollars, when they were only supposed charge $10 dollars, Called many times, no one answered the phone.

The Motel was great.Staff was very nice to see you. We lost power in the middle of the night. Things were turned worse.

Staff was great and friendly. The property was good and safe. The room was fine for a night, but left room for improvement on how how clean it was. Not that it wasn’t cleaned, it was! Just some staining and possible mildew things that housekeeping probably can’t do much about. We were staying for medical appointments but were happy how close it was to the art museum and other interesting places to eat and see.

Nothing Booked two beds didn’t get it, called staff about a left bag and had to threaten police report before it magically appeared after they said they looked everywhere possible.

The hidden fee to park on the property, the hard beds, the ice machines didn’t work. Just not what I expected for $178 a night.

The staff was great. Room was clean and the location was perfect to go to the Zoo and Newport. The pool was a bit cold.

Carpets in the lifts and corridors, entrance could use a vacuuming. Toilet in room 315 needs to be checked, it made a very loud noise after flushing. Otherwise the room, the service was really very good. Would definitely stay thete again.

Staff not particularly helpful. Took forever to check in because we booked with Expedia

Great location if visiting UC

Overall a decent hotel in a good location, close to downtown things. Not overly walkable though considering its proximity to freeways. Our room was clean enough. The pool was fine. The breakfast was mid, but it’s free. I’d stay here again if I came back to Cincinnati

Staff remembered me from previous visits. Very warm welcome at check in.

The room had exactly what we needed. Two beds. However, the bathroom and shower area are two separate rooms rather than one single room area. The door to the bathroom would not close unless you lifted it to slide it for closure. That was very awkward.

Front desk staff was excellent. She got me checked in quickly, my room was very clean and it's close to three different bus routes. Will be staying here again

Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms. Easy access to downtown Cinci, and the markets.

Staff were fantastic. Little maintenance things would have made everything excellent. Our tv remote did not work even after someone came to look at it, the bathroom door handle was broken, and the AC was extremely lacking in one of our rooms.
