I liked the atmosphere in the lobby and the decor throughout the hotel. Our room was spacious and perfect for our stay. Wish we stayed long enough to try the restaurant in the lobby. There was no free parking. Parking with valet was more expensive than parking in the public section OF THE SAME GARAGE.

This is a well done and well decorated, cute little place on the outer edge of Downtown Cincinnati’s entertainment district. I walked back-and-forth many times over my stay… It’s about a 12 to 15 minute walk to the convention center. All the blocks around are filled with restaurants, bars,… As a matter of fact, you’re just a half a block from a great Italian restaurant and two blocks from a really nice coffee shop in the Fidelity Hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable especially the very efficient ac although it was a bit loud.

We arrived Thurs to find the bathroom sink and shower soap dispensers were empty. I informed the front desk and they said housekeeping would take care of it. We left the room Fri and I asked the front desk to verify the issue would be addressed, they assured me it would. Fri evening we returned to the hotel and still no soap and some towels had been removed. We had prepaid for parking and when we were leaving, the key card the staff gave us did not work to pay for parking. I went back into the hotel for assistance, no one was around. We ended up using a credit card to pay for parking, which we had already paid for. When we checked out, I asked to speak with the mgr but no mgr was on the property. I asked that the mgr call me, never received a call. I called on Mon, left a VM for the mgr, no response. I expected a refund for the parking and received a generic 'we value you...not our usual standard...hope to see you in the future.' Should have gone with our first choice, Fidelity Hotel. I bet they could have addressed such simple requests in a timely manner.

Best shower I ever had in my life. 3 nozzles. Lots of pressure. I also liked the reading lights in the headboard.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and wait staff on point.

In addition, the room we had was next to the alley and the dumpster being emptied at 4 am was like a bomb going off.

Hotel is dated but just ok. My review would have been better but front desk was unreasonable with just a request to check out an hour later. I told them I would never stay here again because of it and they said thats fine. They dont care here.

Do not pay for parking through Expedia. Total ripoff. There are 2 garages adjacent to the property. One was 12.50. You can valet through the hotel for like $25 I think, and they were present every time I went in and out.

The room was wonderful for our stay. We really enjoyed the front sitting area. The hotel was clean and the property was convenient to downtown stadiums and waterfront. Just a 10 minute walk and you are there. Parking in the garage next door was very convenient and a lot cheaper than down by the stadiums. We will stay here again!!

Save your money and go somewhere else. Great location but room was dirty when we arrived. Pool was so cold it was like a polar plunge. Also when we asked for extra towels for both nights we stayed we never received them. I had to walk to the main desk for the extra towels. Never once were we apologized to. Last the bar states it closes at 11pm and they are calling last call at 1015pm. Bartender had the worst RBF ever!!

The stay was so stylish and comfy beds! the soap smelled great too. Everything was clean. Pool was colder than expected but clean. Staff was helpful for parking and at the bar area!

The location was great and the staff was friendly Our room smelled like cigarette smoke and I asked several times to be moved to a different room. They just went in a staff member to spray and ridiculous amount of scented spray. The air conditioning was barely working and the room was humid.

My only complaint was that there was absolutely NO heat in the pool. One reason I booked this location versus others surrounding the downtown area was because it had an indoor pool. This water was bitterly ice cold as if you turned on your shower to only cold or if you just started filling your pool for the season. Sadly, I could barely stick a leg in the water.

Woke up by cleaning staff scream talking to each other. Staff weren’t terribly friendly, no eye contact, no real greeting- though the bartenders were excellent!
