This hotel is perfect, especially if you are in town for a Reds game. It is a very quick walk to the ballpark and the surrounding restaurants/bars (like barely a half mile). The rooms are extremely nice and the beds are super comfy!

LOVED THE HOTEL, NICE & CLEAN. One thing is that I would not suggest the parking garage right across the street as it's not convenient or easy to maneuver a big truck out of the space.

This place was everything we needed. Prime location for the stadium only 6 minute drive. Parking across the street was prefect. And walking to the casino was a plus . I will highly recommend this hotel . The staff was very friendly and helpful. 🙏✌

I can certainly say I was pleasantly surprised, since it was my first time visiting this hotel. The staff, was friendly, polite and pleasant. The common areas immaculate, dinner at the hotel restaurant, scrumptious and room accommodations superb! The location is excellent! I will be returning.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were nice. Front desk were nice. Only issue was there were only two luggage carts. So transferring luggage was a hassle.

Our first room wasn’t turned so the staff put us in a different room. That new room smelled like mildew but seemed clean. The shower was excellent! The staff was kind and helpful. Limited vegetarian options in the restaurant and a little pricey. Overall stay was good and comfortable except for the smell of our room.

Natalie and Mel were amazing; their amazing customer service is the reason I rated my overall experience 4 stars 🌟. They were so warm and approachable, even that Asian gentleman i saw in the evening. Thank you all for your hospitality. As for the management of the hotel, please do better and hire more cleaning staff. My room was not clean well upon arrival and during the day the lobby of the hotel had an overflow of trash in the can.

We had a great night. Beds were comfortable. The view in 204 was of ac units but other than that everything was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel. Would stay there again😊

This place has really good customer service skill. The staff was polite and explained everything that I needed to know at check-in. My husband and I walked to Paycor Stadium within 15 minutes. We walked several places and Felt safe. I most definitely would book this hotel again.

This hotel was beautiful and in a great location! We were going to a concert at Heritage Bank Arena and we had an easy about 10 minute walk back to the hotel.

This is my wife and I 2nd time staying here within a couple of months. This hotel is located in a great area. Close to a lot of restaurants and other attractions.
