BEST FRONT DESK AWARD: We've been fortunate to stay recently Chicago's Drake and Memphis' Peabody, but Cincinnati's Voco has them both beat when it comes to their front desk staffs! This Ohio IHG property has excellent rooms -- bed and bathroom are exceptional!

The breakfast for 15 bucks looked unreasonable. You get the same kinda things at any hotel where breakfast is included. If you are charging then your menu should be little more extensive

The room was clean. We received clean towels on the second day. The coffee provided was good quality. The toiletries were good quality. The pillows were big and comfy. The shower was cool too.

We stayed here for our anniversary trip. It was right down town so we walked to almost everything, if we couldn't walk directly there we would take the street car. Breakfast was good as well!

Very nice hotel. Room was updated . Towels were thick and soft. Lovely place .

Our room was very quiet despite being in the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. Checkin / checkout took less than one minute. My kind of hotel!

We chose this hotel because of its good location and proximity to The Hard Rock. First, the positives. The location was centrally located with good parking garage options very close by. I also appreciated the Kurig Coffee makers and the shower was amazing. The small welcome gift of a cookie or chips was a nice touch. Now for the not so good. The cleanliness of the room and some parts of the hotel, were not to my level of clean. On the first night there, we had an issue with our sink being clogged, with hair that was not ours. We called the front desk and instead of sending someone to our room, they had us unclog the drain on our own. On the second day there, we put a sign on our door to request that our room be made up: it was not. The next day, I called the front desk to get our room cleaned. We stayed out all day and had the please clean our room sign on our door. When we got back at 3:30 our room had still not been cleaned. I had to go to the front desk who then texted the housekeepers my request. The front desk told us that many of the housekeepers didn't show up to work, because of a cut in pay. When I spoke with the manager about this, he vehemently denied that this was accurate and made a lot of excuses as to why our room was not cleaned, including that the cleaning staff was confused by the signs on the door knobs because of a language barrier. I now have a bad taste in my mouth for this hotel brand and wish I had chosen a different hotel to stay at.

The front desk staff was friendly, but not helpful in regards to directions as to where parking was, our room or that you needed to have your room key out to operate the elevator, I had to ask several questions to navigate this—usually not my experience, but I managed. I appreciated the security, but it took some getting used to to start. We had to find the pool for our kids on our own and it was fairly small, very dimly lit and FREEZING. The kids lasted a bit, but 0 adults went in unanimously with other families there. Good views & location. In/out parking was great and the room was new, modern, spacious and very clean. Cleaning staff was also friendly & helpful. The bar/restaurant onsite looked nice as well, but we didn’t get a chance to dine there.

We stayed there when we were in town for a Brewers vs Reds series. Staff was very nice. Beds were very comfortable. Only a 10 to 15 min walk to GA Ballpark. 10 min walk to the casino. Was easy to find coming off the expressway.

This hotel was central to activities in downtown Cincinnati. The accommodations were clean and nice.

The stay was amazing we didn't try any food but everything else was just amazing.

Everything was very good. Check in gentleman was not easy to understand and the directions I asked for went unnoticed as I could not understand him. Plus he failed to recognize me as a member. Room and hotel very nice and clean. Check out woman was very professional and helpful.

The Asian gentleman who was at the desk several days/evenings greeted people with a smile, was knowledgeable and efficient. He assisted me with a speedy check in and with answers to my questions about the neighborhood. The African American woman who was on duty on my last day was equally pleasant and helpful. Having quality in these positions makes a huge difference in the overall experience.[I wrote down both employees’ names but unfortunately lost the note.]

The rooms were clean and modern looking. Bathrooms were also very clean.

Great place to stay! Close to Ballpark and restaurants. We parked in a garage next to the hotel for a very reasonable price. Staff was great!
