Location and staff. Aesthetically pleasing. Rooms were small and there was no privacy in the bathroom

It was our first time staying, and I feel like the parking is a major inconvenience. No one told us there was a $45 parking fee until after I saw the receipt showing where our deposit went. Our room had some plastic/trash on the ground. Rooftop bar closed due to the weather. (understandable).

Location and Bar area. The room was very nice as well. I plan to stay again! Rooftop was not open unfortunately since it was Monday. There was nothing else about the stay I did not like.

Great location to nearby restaurants and sporting events. Walkable to stadiums. Clean facilities and friendly staff. Room was extremely small and minimalist.

Nothing The staff was very judging towards me and my sister. I asked about late check out and was told no right away. Then a couple moments later a women came down and asked about late check out and they were very accommodating towards her. There’s no vending machines or food on sundays and mondays. There’s no amminites for how expensive a night stay is.

The vibe was really cool, and comfortable. Modern and eclectic. AC was cold, beds were really comfortable. It was hard to find at first on the street, as it appeared more like a restaurant than a hotel and I was unsure. However, upon entering the staff was super friendly and accommodating.

The staff and the downstairs bathroom are the best experience. The room.

Beautiful hotel and great roof top bar! Great for a date night or adults!

We came to see a concert at the Heritage Bank Center. The location was amazing!!! The hotel was clean, safe and adorable. The room didn’t have a ton for storage but it was okay for the short stay we had.

Beautiful spot close to the parks. Very welcoming staff. Clean rooms and laid back vibe. We will return soon.
