Nice, young vibe with the music, bar in lobby. Every staff member I intereracted with was friendly and helpful. The young lady who was at the bar/desk making drinks when we arrived went out of her way to help us with something that came up (unrelated to the hotel). Unfortunately so didn't get her name.Negatives - the shampoo and conditioner bottles in shower either did not work or were empty, unable to pump. Also when we used the sink we were unable to get the plug to open. Called the desk and were told nobody was there to help empty the sink since it was a Sunday night.

It’s a nice hotel but it doesn’t have a trash can, ice buckets, fridge or microwave. It’s a nice hotel for a night out or something romantic but not as a regular vacation hotel.

View, style of rooms, cleanliness, really cool place to stay Only one staff was actually kind and didn't seem burdened that I was there. The valet people were incredibly rude. Relaxed up against the valet stand, didn't say anything when I pulled up or explain anything. Only reason I didn't use the valet. Have some signs for the valet, too. It's in a back alley. I drove around aimlessly.

We had a great stay. It was very busy, but it wasn’t a problem. Love the easy walk to the Great American Ball Park as well. Will stay here again.

The room are nice and clean but if you are traveling with children the showers a peep show. No privacy. The only bad thing otherwise it is nice and close to a lot. And clean

Spa shower was amazing. Staff all friendly and helpful! Large room. Wish we could have stayed longer in Cincinnati.

I booked a king size bed room and when getting to the room, there was a bunkbed above the bed, low enough to hit your head, so watch out, and pay attention. The room also doesn't include refrigerator, microwave, or lotion. For the amount you pay, to stay at this place, you'd expect it to have a place to put your stuff.

It took some time for our room to be ready but it was a great room and wonderful atmosphere.

Very new concept for Marriot. The hotel does not take itself seriously, but does not lack in customer service. The rooms were simple, new and nicely designed. Excellent for 1-2 nights as there are no dressers for storing clothes for longer stays unless you want to live out of your suitcase. The roof top bar was great and the snack menu was very good. There is not full service restaurant or room service or coffee makers in the room, but coffee was available in the lobby/bar.

Electric outlets by the bed didn't work and weren't fixed after we reported it. Loft bed, no closets, small vanity in bathroom.

No self parking, only valet and kind of expensive. Other than that, a very cute and cozy hotel.

The check in was the worst ever experienced. First off it is located at the bar, had there not been a lineup I wouldn't have seen it. Then even though we arrived after 4 we did not get a room until almost 7. Although there were 2 stations the staff were having to leave the desk to put luggage into storage and do other things making the wait even longer. Kudos to staff trying their best to provide service to everyone however a poor decision by management for not being properly staffed. Not a fan of Marriot hotels.

Tried to check-in at 245 check-in is at 3 but I as told room wasn’t ready come back around 4. Tried again at 4 20 after being in a line of 30 people trying to check in with only 2 individuals working and was told still not ready. I asked if I could switch to a different room that was ready and was told they cannot change anything when booked on a 3rd party site such as Expedia. Came back at 530 and still not ready but this time the gentleman said he could give me a different room so I didn’t have to wait any longer. Felt very dismissive and that they could have cared less about my wait

Very good location to Red's, Bengal's & river. Excellent service by staff, especially Wade. Great bar in the lobby.

The proximity to the Reds baseball stadium was great. The staff was extremely rude. Their website states that check is at 3 p.m. we arrived at 3 p.m. and were told our room wasnt ready yet. The man at the desk was extremely rude about everything and stated check in starts at 3, but that doesnt mean your room will me ready by 3. We waited 40 minutes and after having to deal with the rude gentleman at the desk we asked for a manager. He was able to get us in a room within about 30 minutes but we had to down grade and still pay the same price we had originally paid for the upgraded room. The air condition in the room would not turn off even though we set it to 70. When we woke up in the morning our room was 63 degrees! The bed for the price of the room was terrible. If you pay that kind of money you at least expect a comfortable bed. They were understaffed for labor day weekend as well. They give you free drink tokens when you check in, but the bartender is also the front desk check in and after waiting 10 minutes for our free drink we left. The experience over all was terrible. The only good thing about it is you can walk to the stadium, but I would highly recommend you find a different hotel close to the stadium.

Check in is not guaranteed for 3:00. Mike, the guy working the desk got very nasty with us when we wanted our room. Apparently 3:00 is just a suggestion at this hotel. They ended up giving us a cheaper room but no refund on the price difference. Zero amenities in the room. No lotion, no fridge. Not even side tables. The blinds wouldn’t shut. The only good thing was the proximity to the stadium and the Roof Top bar.
