This hotel was in a great location for a Reds game or visit to the museum. Super clean and great breakfast but what shines the most is the staff. From valets and front desk to the bartenders, everyone was very attentive, friendly and professional. Also important, super cold rooms which was very important in Cincinnati during August!

Great place to stay for a Reds game, nice hotel, great valet parking, can't beat its location. Only issue is it is VERY noisy at night on the weekends with bars on the ground level, but the air conditioning helped drown out the noise while it was on

The location is great. The breakfast and breakfast staff are fantastic! The balcony is mostly inaccessible and a big disappointment. When you are booking they do not make it clear that there are a lot of disclaimers and restrictions with regard to accessing the balcony. The pictures of the balcony and its view were a big reason why I paid extra for this hotel. But because of the limited hours it is open to visitors, I never got to even use it. The room was clean, but the design was odd. It sort of seemed like it was fancy to look at, but on closer inspection built "on the cheap." I don't like not having a bathtub and there is no microwave in the room. We had 2 cold bottles of water in the mini-fridge, which was really nice, but only one cup ... which was odd since there were two beds. The mattresses were not very comfortable. The hallways were inexcusably stained and dirty. Our breakfast was included and truly wonderful, but I noticed that if it is not included in your rate they are $18 each (instead of just offering a buffet, it is European style). And the valet parking is something like $45 daily, so we parked at the garage which is very close by to save that exorbitant fee. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. I would stay here again only if they offered a significant discount, but I think there are much more affordable options in the vicinity. But BIG kudos to the chef/breakfast staff!

Aside from nice accommodations, this is the PERFECT location! Situated between Great American Ballpark and Paycor Stadium, both are within walking distance with large number of restaurants in between to choose from. Went to a Red's game on Friday and a concert at Paycor Saturday night without the need to drive.We won't stay anywhere else when we visit Cincinnati!

The hotel was directly across as from reds stadium, roof top bar, clean Didn’t have soap on the sink to use, ac was very loud, booked two rooms only received an email receipt for one notified hotel left vm still waiting. Should have had it printed!

Checked right in on a Monday morning, checked right out on a Thursday morning, no ice machine on the floor. Awesome location, restaurant and downstairs bar,average..price,above average.!!!

National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, Paycor Stadium, and Great American Ballpark are very close! Close to multiple restaurants! Great staff especially the breakfast host. Not enough hotel carts to accommodate guests. We carried all of our belongings up, and carried them down upon check out time. We went to the Cincinnati Music Festival! Hotel room could've been cleaner...
