Overall the hotel is excellent! It's close to the ballpark and places close by for entertainment and drinks for the younger generation. My only issue: For the coffee drinkers the hotel only serves coffee at breakfast. There are no coffee shops close by that serves coffee. I think for the older ones this is unsatisfactory!

Valet service was great. Check in fast and courteous. In the Room- it appeared to be clean. Coffee/Tea machine was on a shelf sat over 5 feet high and could not be moved lower to where it was plugged in and not able to access plug. I d consider that a safety hazard since it is hot liquid. Shampoo, Condition, and body soap in room. Suggest to bring your own for the scent is not appealing. Balcony was great. Slightly wrapped around to the side since we had a corner room. Roof top bar was a treat. Great view of the city all around. Service as great. Very crowded later that night due to several parties. Expensive breakfast buffet with nothing spectacular about it. And really nothing in the general area for breakfast to go to for choices. Since it’s mainly bars.

Had an absolutely amazing stay here. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Had a blast on the roof top for evening drinks and the balcony overlooked the city and ballpark perfectly! Would rate this 10/10!

Right across the street from the stadium. Staff was excellent. The $47.00 per night to park.

If going to a Reds game, this is the place to stay. The stadium is right across the street so once the valet parks your vehicle, no need to worry about driving, everything is within walking distance. Plenty of places to eat. Our only complaint was the bed was not comfortable at all. It was hard a a brick.

What a great location!! The hotel was very clean, most friendly staff including the breakfast staff. Many things to do there and around the hotel.

I was not informed that the rooftop was closed, which was the primary reason my wife and I came there to enjoy the Labor Day weekend. The closure was completely unreasonable, and I am very unhappy about it. It is frustrating that the opening hours for the rooftop are not included in the hotel details, and instead, they are listed on a separate site. I checked the rooftop website to see the drinks and the food, but I still didn't see it or consider looking for it. I am extremely upset by this situation.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had in a big city. Next time Cincinnati, I will certainly make a point to stay there.
