Checked right in on a Monday morning, checked right out on a Thursday morning, no ice machine on the floor. Awesome location, restaurant and downstairs bar,average..price,above average.!!!

National Underground Railroad Freedom Center, Paycor Stadium, and Great American Ballpark are very close! Close to multiple restaurants! Great staff especially the breakfast host. Not enough hotel carts to accommodate guests. We carried all of our belongings up, and carried them down upon check out time. We went to the Cincinnati Music Festival! Hotel room could've been cleaner...

Very nice

Rooms were clean and well maintained. Nice view of Reds stadium. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was fine. Great location
-
Room was clean and comfortable.

This place had a great view of the city. They taut the rooftop deck but it is not open any other time than when the bar is open. Would be nice if they had frozen non alcoholic drinks or refreshments up there to enjoy. Maybe an hor d'oeuvres hour to allow the guest to come enjoy the deck first come first serve to allow for occupancy. The grounds of downtown in Cincinnati are beautiful. Close to sporting areas and restaurants to eat. Modern looking room facing the city view was beautiful! You can also get away with not doing the valet parking and just use the connected parking garage which is next to the restaurant outside. Ended up getting free parking because the parking garage machine wasn't working right.

Clean room

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The only issue was that my son-in-law’s credit card was charged, even though I had requested that the charges be placed on my card since I arrived in Cincinnati later than the rest of the family.

Decent breakfast, clean rooms but the selling point was across the street from Great American. I mean a night game and staying across the street, can't beat it.

Closer to the venues!
-
The hotel was very clean, all staff including valet were nice and helpful.
-
The property was in an excellent location. The Great American Ballpark was right across the street. The riverfront is just a few steps away and offers a lovely view of the river and a flower garden trail. There’s even fun swings to sit and enjoy. Parking at the hotel is valet only. The valet guys were great!

A+ location, great for coming to town to watch a game or be a tourist. Roof top was nice. Room was very spacious
-
Great location for any event at Great American ballpark
-
Great location to DORA, walking to Reds game and dining
-
Wonderful location since we were attending a Reds game and the stadium entrance is across the street.

This is not a 4 star. The rooms are sparse. No storage, no clocks, limited bedside table, the bathroom is the quality of a mobile home. The hallway carpets are dirty with obvious water stains. The room floors are cheap and dirty. Extremely limited dining on site but restaurants close by. The roof top bar was closed most of the time. The only good things about this hotel is location, the staff was very nice and the workout “room” was decent. The hotel needs upgrades…badly. The hotel is a 3 star at best. 👎👎

The hotel was very clean and staff nice. The breakfast was good as well.

Staff was very rude during the check in process. Could not find my reservation / had a mix up with names and insisted that I had booked another hotel. Spoke with a manager and had it figured out but was frustrating all the same.
