It was a large room and very clean!

Beautiful old classic hotel
-
Bed was very uncomfortable pillows also smelled of heavy smoke. No hot water and one of my bathrooms even after calling maintenance but my other bathroom didn’t have hot water. Staff to try to fix it, but it didn’t work. There were two air-conditioning units in the room. I ended up in and one Wood screech every 40 minutes. A really loud noise when it was engaging the compressor. Other than that, the staff is quite friendly! I’ll never stay there again.

AC was not very effective. Very warm in hallways and room. TV did not work (kept getting error message), although we were not in the room much.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel.

Amazing historical hotel

The price was good and the location was great. However, there was some pretty severe paint cracking on the bedroom ceiling and the safety bar inside the bedroom on the door was broken. I expected more from a Hilton brand.

The pictures of the place are deceiving. It gave me “The Shining” vibes. Staff were very helpful, but I’m not sure it was worth the money.
-
We chose this hotel because of the beautiful bar/libby area… however it was closer due to undisclosed reasons… the valet parking was not an option and we even had to go to different floors for ice..: our room was not very clean

The tub was cracked and dirt came out of it as I showered. The hotel is not set up well to accommodate people traveling. For example, there are no automatic doors, there are stairs in the parking garage and to get to the lobby, you have to go far to get the elevator. This isn’t easy to maneuver when you have a suitcase. It needs a lot of updates.

This hotel is gorgeous! It’s almost 100 years old with a rich history and gorgeous art deco style architecture. With that said, it’s almost 100 years old - I stayed there on one of the hottest days of the year on one of the highest floors and the room was warm and kind of muggy, tolerable but not as comfortable as I’d hope. The location was excellent and walking distance to so many spots. Definitely a great value for the price

Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. It's in the heart of downtown around everything thing you and. During the summer at Fifth Third Center Square which is a 2 minute walk from the hotel, they have a free concert every day.
