I was told I had a suite,I had handicap I'm. No suite. No maid service from Friday nor Saturday. Staff worker gave me Klennex not toilet paper. Fridge did cool. Expedia.com. tried to move me without permission stating that the Hotel didn't honor my reservation took my money when I didn't have to pay until my arrival then after the fact told me to ignore their message. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE.

The hotel computer system was down but the staff remained positive and helpful.

Great stay. Convenient for walking to a FC Cincinnati game.

I really thought that the breakfast was by far one of the best I've had at any Hilton; and the staff across the board were so nice and friendly it was over five stars.. I highly recommend it for your stay when you're in Cincinnati!! The bar had wonderful food it had a piano player and they were very accommodating.

The property is historic however the is no up-keeping of the rooms which showed visible water damage as well as damaged bathroom fixtures.

Lovely, old-world charm. Close to everything.

When I book my room I was given One Price when it was time to check out they charged me $160 additional

Elevators are a nightmare....Majorly outdated... If there is a conference or event there, expect to wait at least 20 minutes unless they get you on the service elevator. Signage is horrible coming from the parking garage trying to get to the front desk. Some doors were also locked, which is a major safety hazard. Pullout beds are like sleeping on glass, you may as well sleep on the floor. No sheets were in the room for the pullout bed. Hostess at the hotel restaurant let people wait at the hostess desk for at least 10 minutes. She addressed the people in front us, then literally walked away. Overall, not impressed with the amount of money we spent here.

I would not stay at this Hilton again. This hotel has to be one of the oldest and most poorly maintained Hilton properties where I have ever stayed. The front desk staff and concierge's customer service was a deep disappointment. The entire staff seemed oblivious to the substandard condition of the property which they matched with their substandard unprofessional and unresponsive attitudes. The bellhop complained - using profanity to me that he was tired and just wanted to go home because of the poorly run hotel operations. The entire hotel was dark and dingy. My room was dank and musty. The bathrooms had antiquated ceramic shower and bathtubs combinations that proved cumbersome to navigate. The worst aspect was that only one of six elevators worked which created unacceptable wait times. I had to brave the stairwell from the 20th floor twice in order to make my meetings on time. Due to the inoperable elevators, the stairwell became crowded, was very humid and became slippery and unsafe. Unfortunately, a patron slip and fell sustaining a serious laceration to her head. I felt unsafe and unattended to during my stay, but no other downtown Cincinnati hotel had vacancies as I needed to walk to the nearby Convention Center.

Clean , friendly staff, very old hotel

Check-in staff member gave me a hard time checking in because I went through a 3rd party for my reservation (Expedia). This has never been a problem before. The staff at the restaurant for breakfast and dinner were not very good. Never had this kind of problem either. The concierge man was amazing though! But I will never stay at this hotel again.

Elevator took way too long

This hotel was extremely clean! Conveniently located and walking distance to stadiums and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Really everything was good

Of course prices are increased for the Musicfest but if they are charging $360. Per night they need to really fix up the rooms. We have an mini suite and it was old, wall paper peeling, holes, dull and woodwork dirty. This was my 2nd time staying here because it's within walking distance to Paycor, right across from Fountain Square. I just wish they would update it, pictures make it look glamorous. Even the breakfast buffet for $24.99 wasn't worth it....over all the staff was very nice and accommodating

Room was clean, the staff was awesome. We ate at the restaurant on site. They do have a kids menu and the food was so good.
-
Stingy customer service, if you can call it that. Upholding their policies & procedures supercede taking care of guests' needs.

The hotel is in a safe area within easy walking distance to the Great American Ballpark. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
