Hampton Inn & Suites Cincinnati-Downtown

Very convenient location to attend the Reds game and the connector was great for getting around to different parts of Cincinnati. Breakfast great, just very busy Saturday morning and food was not replacement immediately when certain things ran out. Staff and rooms excellent. Parking was good to valet but $42 charge per day.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Room didn't have a frig or microwave in them. Valet parking was a little more than Public parking, but worth it. Staff was friendly and helpful when one of the room keys did work as should. Hearty breakfast with western and cheese omelets. Walking distance to the Great American Ballpark.

The breakfast is very nice and appreciated. The room is very clean.

Very nice front desk, and decor. The Valet was so helpful when we were not able to carry all our luggage. The hotel is about a 15 min. Walk to the baseball game, no problem.

reception did a great job, the hotel was well maintained and well appointed. the street entry is a little drab.

The AC wouldn’t go below 72 so it was hot

When we checked in our thermostat was ready 83, but was set at 75. We called front desk, guy came up & did something with it and by bedtime, it had only came down to 78. Next morning it read 80 again, and hubby played with it and got it restarted & came down to 78 again. It was bk up to 80 on our check out morning. I took pics and showed the front desk.

Quiet room, friendly staff, easy check in and parking was across the street and next to the hotel. Walking distance to all stadiums and many dining options.

This place was horrible. The staff were clueless. Couldn’t tell us where parking was, didn’t put us in a room with a bathtub as I paid more for, no breakfast available, the kids they have doing valet parking smoke so much weed in the parking garage and almost hit 3 of us taking a red mustang back to its owner. I’m surprised they don’t reck cars. Everyone in the garage was shook up after the incident. And then we have a $65 parking garage bill staying one night at the hotel. It was all a joke.

Great location for downtown activities and zoo.

Room was clean, and we had plenty of room for 2 people. But no daily service we were running out of toilet paper. Breakfast was one of the better ones. Front of the hotel is not the same as the picture posted on website, deceiving.

The only drawback was parking, across the street, which is not free, and there are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms (at least mine did not). The floor was quiet at night, which is commendable.

It was a very large clean room. I was surprised there was no microwave and small refrigerator. That made it difficult with having food or drinks in the room.

Hotel room was good, big and clean. We just wish there was a fridge & microwave. We brought back food from dinner to eat later but couldn’t.
