Great location and very nice.

Nice clean room and plenty of choices on the breakfast buffet.

We arrived a bit late for our weekend stay and had intended to valet park. However while the stand indicated it was open, it was unattended and had 2 cars that appeared to be pending parking. we waited for 5 minutes and decided to self park in the garage next door (city parking apparently being used for valet parking). parked the car and had to carry the 2 bags from the 5th floor down the stairs as the elevators were not functional (found this out the following day when there were 3 valets awaiting work) - appears there was only one person on duty the previous evening and had to park the cars in the 5th floor and walk the 5 flights down and then around the block to the front of the building... No sign on the elevator issue and never saw the valet that evening- seems the hotel was ok with the issue and poor service

Didn't eat there The Vine Street entrance could be a little more inviting

The breakfast was fine.. enough variety..but I did ask for a wake call from the front desk ..but the call never came

Parking was easy as well.

Nice room, very comfortable bed, great walk-in shower, and friendly staff.

I wasn't inform that the room was cleaned every other day. When I came back to my room at 5 p.m. the beds were not made nor did we receive new towels. I informed the front desk that my room was cleaned and they told me you should of been of told that when you check in. I informed them I wasn't informed because I would of kept my towels. I asked if I could get my bed made and get new towels since I saw the maid down the hall. I informed the front desk that I would be back in my room at 9 p.m. When I returned to the hotel at 9:15 p.m. the beds where not made nor did we have clean towels. I went down to the front desk and informed them that neither of my request was completed and they were surprised my request wasn't followed through. They let me know I would receive new towels later on in the evening from housekeeping. I received my towels at 9:40 p.m.

Friendly staff. Amazing room and a wonderful breakfast included every morning I was a little confused that the lobby was on the second floor but adjusted easily

We stayed 5 nights and only received 1 room cleaning. Had to ask for clean towels on night 3 and room was not cleaned until our last night. Front desk employees were very nice but apologized about the housekeeping but room was not cleaned the next day after we reported the problem.

Great place to stay minutes from everything. Public parking right across the street.

breakfast was great parking, i missed the valet parking sign and self parked in the garage with broken elevators

We drove 2 hours. Check in was at 3. We got to hotel at 3:30. Room wasn't ready until 5pm. Asked about parking nobody knew how much parking garage parking was compared to Valet. Asked how far walk casino was, nobody knew. Front desk was annoyed that I was asking questions about parking and walking directions to casino. Bed was comfy and breakfast was very good.

Room was very clean. Breakfast area was clean and large. Entry to hotel on ground floor was unappealing

The room was spacious and the employees were great! There is no parking and this you must use the valet and pay each day. It seemed very chaotic. Must use an app to book the valet.

Room was nice No microwave or refrigerator in room 1216 and 42 dollars to park a day is too high.
