Location was convenient for activities we had planned. The room smelled like a dirty ashtray.

Staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! The toilet was broken when we arrived, but when we called down they sent someone up to fix it. When we got back to the room it was fixed.

Would definitely stay again.

We stayed one night when attending a Bengals game at Paycor Stadium. The hotel is in a great location for this stadium. The free breakfast was top notch, and the valet parking was well-organized. We would stay again when visiting Cincinnati.

Attached parking garage is not operated by the hotel. Valet is available, but we used self parking and paid $36.00 per day with in and out privileges. No mini refrigerator in the room, no room safe and the liquid dispensers in the bathroom were not full.

The check in was no less than awkward. The 2 ladies at the desk appeared bothered. They were eating when we arrived and were obviously not happy about the interruption. When one of them finally came to the desk, she didn’t look up from her screen at all, and i had to finally ask if i could check in. She did not engage in any way. It was very unpleasant.

Loved staying in the historic Cincinnati Enquirer Building, now home to the Hampton Inn. I really appreciated how the hotel continues to highlight the building’s beautiful Romanesque Revival and Art Deco architecture while giving it new life as a hotel. The bed was comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and staying in such a unique piece of Cincinnati history made the experience even more special.

Loved the location in downtown, right next to everything! Beds were amazingly comfortable, slept really, really well. Rooms were spacious and cozy. Loved our stay!! Wish there was a fridge in room, that’s all.

It was very walkable to the places I wanted to go. Parking was very close as well

Rooms were clean. No view. Quiet and comfortable.

Parking is a pain. Your option is to use the valet or the adjacent parking deck where the elevators did not work. I called to inquire about parking options and the person on the phone was not very helpful. She needs to understand that the hotel guests are from out of town and are not familiar with the parking at this facility. The breaker in the bathroom tripped even though we had nothing plugged into that socket. The bathroom had a constant buzzing sound and the toilet water closet had a leak.
