Everything was good and clean

Clean and close to fountain square and stadium. Very loud outside with car traffic. Loud car music, mufflers, and motorcycles. Hard to sleep; beds aren’t very comfortable. Poor shower pressure and shower fixture. Valet attendants not wearing name tags; some attendants aren’t even wearing uniforms.

Breakfast was unexpected, it was better that I thought it would be. The pool table was in horrible shape and needs a lot of work. The pool cues were not topped, the chalk sucked.

One of the 2 elevators was down both days we were there!

Everything was great! The kids enjoyed the pool. We spent some time in the game room! And the room was very clean and inviting!

Hotel is located in the outer part of downtown Cincinnati around many abandoned buildings. You'll see several homeless people in the area and the stench of marihuana is everywhere, even inside the hotel. Rooms have a lot of dust and bed covers and sheets have suspicious stains. Breakfast is basic, we had it included but opted for a French bakery 4 or 5 blocks from the hotel. Shower water is so soft you get out of bath feeling soapy. Valet parking is very expensive but you have a parking building right next to the hotel. Be aware because if you use valet one night they will charge you for every night you stay. I don't recommend this hotel, especially if traveling with kids.
