Overall it was good, what prevented 5 stars was 1.) the mattress was somewhat uncomfortable and narrower than a regular king size. 2.) the windows didn’t seem well insulated and we heard a lot of street noise.

I thought the room would be bigger. Isure I picked a room with two beds, however, ended up a king bed and a pullout couch. We couldn’t figure out how to pull it out and the kitchen area was nice. The shower was a good size. All and all the space was ok

Great place to stay! The breakfast was excellent, and we really enjoyed our stay overall. The only suggestion I have is to provide a clearer description of the sofa bed. We expected it to pull out into a traditional bed, but it did not, so that was a bit surprising. A more detailed description in the listing would help future guests know what to expect. Other than that, it was a great place to stay!

The staff was polite and helpful. We were there to see Lion King and they helped us find a restaurant and transportation. They were considerate about giving us a room near the elevator so our walk would be easy as I have walking issues. Overall a wonderful trip.
