Homewood Suites by Hilton Cincinnati-Downtown

Great location and gorgeous building Staff as meh.. asked for extra pillows and they never brought them, called again and they said they didn’t have a runner any longer to bring stuff past 11 (originally asked at 10p), the toilet was running the whole time and the float was stuck. Never sent anyone to look at it while we were there.

There was construction going on outside our window which was disruptive but that really wasn’t their fault. Everything else was great!

Do yourself a favor and stay here!!! Superb alllllll around!!! And we were there for 9 nights, so we definitely got our feel for the place!! Accommodations were perfect. Staff was always helpful and lovely. Breakfast was abundant. Gym was more than sufficient. Laundry available for $1.75 a load, so I’m coming home with all clean clothes! We were close to public transportation (bus and connect) but the city is also super walkable from here! All things (various stadiums, museums, and MANY restaurants!) were all less than a 20 minute walk! Thanks for a fantastic time Cincinnati and Homewood Suites!! You made it feel like home away from home and we were so sad to leave! We will be back!

Spotlessly clean and quiet high rise hotel in Downtown Cincinnati. Room was beautiful, parking was easy, breakfast was great. 100% would stay again.

This is our go-to location in Cincy. The most helpful staff and centrally located near everything. Clean, spacious and as quiet as you’ll get in the city!

Good centralized location to restaurants and activities and stores… like General dollar. Nice breakfast with options. Room door was difficult to close and drain partially clogged. Room needed to be stocked with linen and towels, overall it was great for the amount charged. Do valet parking, they are on point, I would also add seating in the corridor where you wait for your car, I waited 15 minutes for car would have loved to sit down due to knee problems, and there is plenty of room.

Great breakfast. Helpful, friendly staff. I extended my stay by one day. I'll be back.

Very clean and spacious. The kitchen is a nice convenience to help cut costs on dining out, while traveling.

The whole set up was confusing between the two hotels in the same building. The parking was also not helpful. the elevators were down, so we had to carry our luggage three flights of steps. Love the oldness of the building, but oit could have been cleaner. Breakfast was sufficient

The room was spacious with a full kitchen. I stayed for four nights and the cleaning crew came once to make the bed and change towels, but did not empty the trash. The dresser in my room 514 should be replaced. The drawers did not open and closed properly. Breakfast was included. The hot breakfast is very mushy. Steamed eggs, steamed potatoes. It's free, so can't really complain.

This hotel was beautiful with a great location downtown. The interior was very clean and luxurious to see. Our room was perfect for our family (we needed the separate bedroom/living area for our young children). Breakfast was hot and adequate and the staff were very friendly and helpful when they could be. That being said, there were a few things that were disappointing and made things difficult for us. First when we arrived at the hotel, we knew they had valet parking, but we did not know that we would have to literally unload everything at once in the street (without a luggage cart) and try to get upstairs to check in. It was an incredibly stressful start to our stay. Second, the pillows in our room were so bad they should just be thrown away, it was shocking how poor of shape they were in. Lastly, we had asked for a late check-out (staff kindly obliged), but no one communicated this to the maid, who repeatedly tried to get into our room and woke up/scared our sleeping child. That info should have been shared with housekeeping. Not sure I would recommend staying here if you have kids, but fine for a couple.
