One of the 2 elevators were out of service. The hotel was not accessible - there were 2 steps in the hallway to get to our room. The carpet on those steps was all torn. The hotel room door was all scratched. The alarm clock had been ripped out of the wall, there was no cord to plug it in. There was no fridge in the room or ice machine anywhere - you had to call down and request a bag be brought to the room. The front desk staff were less than friendly, they didn’t even look up to acknowledge me, let alone ask how my stay was when I was checking out. Will not stay again.

I get that it's an art hotel, but having the hallway smelling like paint was not great. Also, while having body part sculptures in the shower may sound edgy & cool, showering while staring at a ceramic nose and having a ceramic eye watching me was not an experience I need to repeat.

Very nice stay, clean, great location and very cool hotel. The artwork is incredible. It's like staying in a museum. Decent gym and a spa with a great rooftop patio.

Overall, an interesting and comfortable hotel. Would like better lighting in the room, and especially bedside lights that can be operated from bedside.

Trolly runs in front, free, to get you around without car. I would definitely and will stay there again.

Dirty. Rooftop was closed but didn’t say that anywhere on website. Rooms were not cleaned daily. Just overall gross and hotel had weird smell. Would not recommend
