Just ok… a light wasn’t working, coffee machine wasn’t working… and I ended up with almost $200 in unexpected charges… trying to resolve that. Bar was awesome, yummy burger

No refrigerator or microwave in the room. You had to request them and they would be brought to your room.

The location was excellent. Parking was a little problematic but I expect that in downtown locations. Dining available and nearby were very good. My room had an issue that they were unable to correct during my brief stay.

Location was great right in the heart of downtown, great restaurants in the area. The room was small. The robe that was provided had dirt marks on it wasn’t sure it had been washed. Amenities in the bathroom were not replenished. Room wasn’t cleaned on day two of our three day stay which was fine but on day three housekeeping walked in without knocking. The breakfast in the restaurant was fine but not anything to write home about. The staff in the restaurant were lovely.

Daughter and wife stayed here for a girls' 1 day trip. Loved the hotel, its so unique and quirky. Room was clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location for downtown Cincinnati.

The staff were friendly, kind and provided us with a warm welcome and comfortable stay. The room was clean, our room was as nice as described. We had no complaints!

Walkable for a Reds game. Full size shampoo / conditioner / body wash. Clean room. Quiet. Have stayed here twice for games. Would stay again.

Empty hand soap and empty body wash on arrival at 11:30pm. Terrible shower space. Enough said! Never coming back. Make up your own mind.

Great room even with a view of the alley! only wish there was a bathtub! Bed was comfortable and spacious room with chair and ottoman. Really a pretty special hotel in Cincinnati! I had dinner at the restaurant and had a great server / experience. Highly recommend.

The room and entire hotel was very clean, comfortable beds and pillows, and great food!

Location was great ! Art was nice ! Staff was helpful Facilities were not in good condition! Aircon in bedroom rattled each time it came on! Bathroom soap lotion containers were empty no garbage can in the bathroom few hangers in the closet. Cleaning service was slow restaurant times were limited rooftop bar was under repair.

Room was great had everything we need, heads up you have to ask the front desk to bring up ice but it was fast! No fridge or microwave in rooms. Needed room key to go up and down elevators. Hotel was great and one of a kind! Museum in the hotel was a plus!

Clean, stylish hotel in great location. Only complaint was that roof top bar was closed for renovation but there was no mention of this when we booked. This was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Overall, would still highly recommend.
