Location great! Art and paintings we nice ! Front desk was helpful Facilities was not operating efficiently! Roof top bar was under renovation restaurant was closed during lunch and had limited times the Aircon system rattled when it turned on very annoying! room Cleaning was slow cleanliness of the room could’ve been better empty soap container no garbage can in the bathroom.Shower hard to operate

Location was great ! Art was nice ! Staff was helpful Facilities were not in good condition! Aircon in bedroom rattled each time it came on! Bathroom soap lotion containers were empty no garbage can in the bathroom few hangers in the closet. Cleaning service was slow restaurant times were limited rooftop bar was under repair.

Room was great had everything we need, heads up you have to ask the front desk to bring up ice but it was fast! No fridge or microwave in rooms. Needed room key to go up and down elevators. Hotel was great and one of a kind! Museum in the hotel was a plus!

Clean, stylish hotel in great location. Only complaint was that roof top bar was closed for renovation but there was no mention of this when we booked. This was one of the reasons we booked this hotel. Overall, would still highly recommend.

2nd time that we have now stayed at a 21c Museum Hotel property. We enjoyed the art gallery displays inside the hotel and find that to be unique. The hotel staff was great. The hotel parking (valet only) is very pricy but maybe not much more than parking alternatives in the downtown Cincinnati area. Our room was very spacious and comfortable but needed some maintenance as the window blind was torn and not functioning. We were unable to try the hotel's Metropole restaurant as unfortunately it is closed on both nights of the week (Monday & Tuesday) we stayed.

The art in the lobby is fun to see and it was a great location to walk to a concert downtown.

The staff are very nice, a valet guy was not helpful with luggage after we said we were self parking, but maybe they don’t help with luggage. The front desk did call for a guy to help with luggage so that was good. Excellent beds and great bathroom. The shower heads need to be updated, it felt like the water coming out was trying to rip your hair out. Quiet rooms and very relaxing. Great location for eating or taking the street car.

The staff was excellent, rooms are clean and the art is a very nice addition to the experience. The coffee machine was barely functional, had visibly broken parts and the tea bags looked like they lived in your aunt's purse for a year. There was an empty cabinet where the fridge should have been.

We loved the art museum located in the hotel. However the hotel itself was just ok. Staff was snooty and unfriendly. Rugs throughout were pretty gross. Location was ok. Would not stay here again

The art was amazing and it felt like a welcoming environment to return to after a day of work!

Our first room was unacceptable: damp and musty, 81°F with the AC not functioning, stains on the chair, and a questionable stain in the closet that appeared to be wine—or at least I hope it was. To the hotel’s credit, the staff responded immediately. We were moved without hassle, maintenance replaced the fresh-air filter, and housekeeping attended to the new room. Everyone we dealt with genuinely tried to help, and they deserve credit for that. Unfortunately, the property itself still falls short of what I expect from a 21c hotel. No mini fridge or in-room safe (a fridge can be requested, but it’s 2026—just put one in every room), no garbage bin in the bathroom, a coffee machine that wouldn’t get hot enough to make hot coffee, and an uncomfortable, worn mattress. Individually, some of these are minor. Collectively, they make the property feel underinvested and increasingly dingy rather than intentionally eclectic or boutique. Ultimately, there were enough issues that we decided to cut our stay short and leave earlier than planned. The staff handled our concerns well, but good service can only compensate for so much. This property needs meaningful reinvestment before I could recommend staying here again.

Hotel was truly a unique experience! I loved the wide variety of art and interactive experience. Bed was extremely comfortable, and bathroom was one of a kind. Not sure nipples, noses and eyes in the shower were on my bucket list, but they fit with the hotel nicely. The spa was very enjoyable and massage was great. Location was dynamite. Staff seemed a bit inconvenienced when we stopped by/checked in and out, kind of like more art snobs than service individuals, but the stay was enjoyable.
