Great location, clean room, helpful staff, and a cool little contemporary art museum right on premises.

The hotel was in a great location downtown, with many restaurants and bars closeby. The room was quiet and comfortable, although a little stuffy. The a/c just couldn’t keep up with 100 degree weather outside. The hotel is older and in need of some renovation (carpets), and our shower had not been cleaned prior to check in (hair stuck to the walls, and on the drain, yuck!). However, hard to beat the price for the location!

The room we stayed in didn’t have a fridge. So unfortunately we had to throw our leftovers out since we couldn’t keep them cold. The bed sits lower to the ground than normal but still comfortable

Hotel was clean and comfortable. They offer valet for parking which was nice. The art is creative. The bed was comfy but very light blankets so if you like a heavy top blanket possibly bring your own. I would stay here again.

Location was great! Walking distance to lots of things to do, places to eat, & the ballpark. Bed was good but the sheets were a bit stiff. The water pressure & temperature in the shower was all over the place…devil hot & coming out with okay pressure or it was barely warm & barely coming out. It made some pretty funky noises as well. There was a lot of space which was really nice. The museum was really cool & the valet was great. Disappointed the restaurant & room service closed early but it’s not healthy to eat & drink late night anyways. Overall it was a good stay for one night. I would stay again but only for 1 night trips.

The property itself is beautiful, with a unique atmosphere that combines a boutique hotel experience with an amazing art museum. The location is also very convenient . Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay.

Location is perfect! Tiny room

Fabulous hotel with fabulous staff! I would like to stay here every time I travel to Cincinnati.
-
Great place to stay if you’re going for a Reds game! Only big complaint is pillows are like sleeping on bricks…..

I was unable to check in and they sent me to another hotel. I had had a long travel day by the time I showed up and was on my way to visit a sick friend so time was essential. The hotel never called me to say I wouldn't be able to check in despite me not checking in til almost 8:30. Completely unacceptable and I will be reaching out to collect a refund.

This hotel is located conveniently to Fountain Square. We ate breakfast there two days and it was very good. The cost for the hotel is reasonable but the $45 valet parking is quite steep.
-
The check in staff ( at the desk ) all seemed stand offish and didn’t seem too interested that we were guests there. ( sighed when we asked questions ). The rooms were nice, spacious with comfy beds. No free coffee or breakfast .

Really nice hotel with lots of unique artwork and features.

convenient to the Arnoff Center, Fountain Square and great restaurants
-
Beds were comfortable and the location Room lights could be brighter
-
Very small, overpriced accommodations. Its like a kingsized bed was placed in a closet to justify the room rate. Little to no options for convenient parking. Beware, the valet parking is costly because of it. Hotel location is downtown, very noisy late at night. If I can help it, I won't stay there again.

Museum concept was cool

Did not love the bathtub in the shower
