The bar in the lobby was small and not much space outside the bar to have a drink whilst the kids had a chill after a long day. The room was spacious and very comfortable, the hotel was very clean too.

Further, when we got to our room, it wasn't really clean. There were water stains on the bathroom vanity, only one roll of toilet paper and the pillows smelled of cologne. Our tv didn't work and we had to have a tech come up, the ice machine on our floor was out and we didn't have an iron. The staff was excellent though. Every time we called the desk, we got what we needed. But for the money we paid we should have received better basic service. You can't beat the location of the Westin. It's right across the street from Fountain Square. The Westin used to be an upscale hotel you didn't mind paying extra for. But now I don't think we'll be back at the Westin next year.

Broken ice machines on multiple floors, had to go to three different floors to get it

Bed was made when room cleaned. Dirty glasses left. Trash not emptied and coffee not replaced.

Don't stay there. It's dated and overpriced.

Housekeeping wasn’t best, and workout room was not clean nor updated besides treadmills.

The check-in was great! Was given water and an upgrade. The bathroom needed a little love. Needed to be painted and upgraded.

I’d argue this hotel is in the best location for a weekend in cincinnati. Also is pretty nice overall.
