Amazing place to stay as always.

Nothing about the property. Definitely not dog friendly. Had to walk 3 blocks just to find a patch of grass for potty duties. Non on facilities. Not dog friendly. Shouldn’t even allow them in the first place.

It was ok

So much fun talking to other travelers at the bar after the game. Bartender was awesome and very personable.

Front desk greeted us warmly. Would have liked the person I spoke with to have been more knowledgeable about nearby dining options. Room was spacious and clean except for room phone. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom sink was missing drain pop up so good think no jewelry dropped straight down the drain. Missing some toiletries other Westins typically furnish.

The air didn’t get as cold but no issues

Hotel was clean and had a "cold" ambience. Strange that street level entry still required going up a floor to check-in but before one knows how to operate the elevator which requires a key card you can only get once you go up the escalator and check-in! Impossible/not safe to bring up all luggage on the escalator so someone has to stay with luggage! Room comfortable. Hotel has a small bar and an eating place for light breakfast or lunch. Dinner? You have to go outside and re-enter the building to go inside a steak restaurant. Great location for hotel. Value is poor given the cost and actual amenities and the check-in inconvenience.

Great view of the city, clean room, friendly staff, close to all things in the downtown area.

The room was nice and clean. The building showed signs of its age, but appeared to be maintained. The ice machine on the 14th floor did not work, and it appeared to have not worked for quite some time. The ice machine on the 15th floor worked, but showed its age.

The hotel is very dated with no true amenities. The ice maker on our floor was not functional. The HVAC malfunctioned a few times and the toilet had issues of flushing. If not for the location, I would not stay here.

The pillows were great. Upon checking in, we were not informed about the ice machine issue. This led us to check five different floors in search of ice, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, when we approached your staff for assistance, we did not receive the help we expected. Moreover, we inquired about directions to the baseball stadium but unfortunately received incorrect information that resulted in further inconvenience. Lastly, we found the building itself to be quite outdated, and it did not meet our expectations, especially considering the $400 rate per night.
