The Westin Cincinnati

I didn’t like the snack shop it didn’t have much snacks in there it only had a variety of drinks. Disabled people should automatically allowed to bring someone to the room with them and kids should be free. Instead of a restaurant you guys should build an indoor pool..

The people working there were extremely kind and very helpful. I would stay there again and recommend their facility to anyone visiting Cincinnati. Jalen was especially helpful and is a real asset to their facility.

Staff went above and beyond at check in. Temps were in triple digits and they were there with water, a smile and helpful info from front desk to valet.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible all around experience. From the unprofessional valet, the room ac not working right, no television, called for assistance and not one person came to help. Overpriced and terrible service.

Staff was absolutely amazing. Great location. Walking distance to everything including the great American ballpark. Room was very clean and beautiful view.

Fantastic view if the Harbour, close to everything for shopping, eating, and entertainment. Such a beautiful room and the hotel itself is exquisite. Highly recommend.

Dirty rooms smelled of mildew and dusty

The underground parking is extremely tight and sketchy. Drive smaller cars if possible. Overnight parking was $17. The tv in the room only has streaming features, no cable, or any channels to put on for white noise. The bed was comfortable though.

There is nothing awful about the hotel and the staff was friendly but it's just a hotel that has gone untouched for the last 20-30 years. There have been zero updates to anything and it just feels a bit gross. I was looking forward to leaving.

Nice quiet and beautiful

Parking is outrageously high, $42 for 2 nights, maintenance man had to come fix our tv as soon as we got there, and I’ve seriously never smelled marijuana more strongly on anyone in my life. It stayed long after he left. Breakfast was definitely NOT free as advertised on the site we saw, and it was cooked by a very hateful, nasty old man. Long walk from vehicle to room. Body wash was empty first night, I requested and they said ok. But I still had to go get it. Nice building, could be a very nice place with some staff changes.

It was not far from our concert, very nice walk. Access to close parking.

Ice machine was out on like 3 floors both above and below me, other than that everything was great!

Ask for comforter for warmth. Was delivered very thin blanket - almost like a sheet. No amenities in bath like ear swabs. Last day escalator was broken. Hotel is in need of major renovation. Staff at front desk were wonderful and did all they could! It was a miserable two night stay!
