This hotel was excellent.

The property is in a good location to walk to Great American Ballpark (it takes about 10 minutes). I liked the valet service. Made it very easy to pull in and unload. The hotel is very nice upon first walking in. Negatives: Upon first walking in the room, it was about 85 degrees on an already super hot day. It took awhile to get the air down to around 72. I noticed immediately that the sheets on the king bed were inside out. That’s very odd for a nice hotel. The room was clean, however we had to use the sofa sleeper and when we pulled it out, there was a dead bug and what looked like dried blood on the mattress. The sofa sleeper mattress was very thin and no pillows were given for it. We realized we forgot toothpaste so we went down and asked the front desk clerk where the closest place to get some would be. She sent us three blocks in the opposite direction to a very sketchy dollar general. We realized later there is a Walgreens just down the street, about a 2 minute walk. It’s weird that the front desk clerk wouldn’t have known that. The hotel was ok but would probably stay somewhere else if we come back.

"sink stopped up", a/c really cool, slept well. We were there during 2026 heat wave so staying cool was paramount. Easy overlook sink Valet fast, good location for Reds game.

Location was perfect for my stay. Room was big, clean and quiet and the staff were excellent. I would definitely stay here again!

Room was spotless, AC was ice cold, bed comfortable

Close to stadium. Dominos down the street. Valet...love.

I think the staff was trying but they seemed understaffed at times. I don't stay in downtown locations often but the noise levels were 8 out of 10

This place was horrible I had to pay to goto the hotel down the street Horrible

Excellent interior ambiance. Parking was abysmal. There was no preparation by the property or staff for what we were to expect. When we ask the valet staff for advice it was, “you’re on your own, dude.” Based on this, I would not stay at this property again.

Having a bar onsite was nice Room was very dark. Air conditioner didn’t work well and was really loud. Coffee maker in room was broken and asked staff 4 times to replace it and for extra towels. Had to ask to have our room cleaned.

My wife and I love to travel and we go all over the world. The past 6 days in Cincinnati we had the most delightful staff. From the check in to check out and every departure and return, the staff was amazing. Jonathan at the front desk was the best and Elizabeth in room service was awesome. We loved our stay in the Cincinnati Courtyard by Marriott. And an additional benefit is that the location is just about perfect for attending Reds baseball games. We loved our visit and will return.

Let me start with the GOOD!! First, the location was fantastic! It was just a couple minutes' walk from everywhere we wanted to visit this trip. The price was wonderful compared to others in area. Lastly...the staff was very good with a few being absolutely exceptional. Those would be Jonathan, who was working the check in area when we arrived! Very welcoming, communicative, friendly, and helpful!! The other two exceptional employees we encountered were John and Toiya who worked in the BISTRO! We were only able to eat there once this trip but after our dining experience, we wish we had eaten there every meal. Both of them went above and beyond with their customer service. For everything I have mentioned already, I would have given this review 5 stars. But that is where it ends. We have never had such a filthy dirty room before (at any hotel). There were layers of dust on top of the dust. The refrigerator in the room, which was not on when we arrived, had multiple stains and spills inside. The chair was just dirty gross as well. Then comes the bathroom. Also, extremely dirty and dusty. And the shower...well we have never felt so unsafe in a shower before. The floor was tilted (by design we think) but it made an already slick surface even more so. And the only handle to hold onto was behind us which was not helpful. And only one towel bar to hang them on afterward? Not sure how this promotes being "Green." Issues with housekeeping not coming as well.

On busy weekends, they should have the lobby market stocked to more selections and varieties to choose from. It was bare, not much of a selection.

Very clean hotel and convenient to walk to the stadiums

Staff was friendly and helpful. Elevator worked. Room was clean. Room overpriced. No parking had to pay for valet parking. Parking overpriced. Breakfast was overpriced. The air conditioning in the was not on when we arrived. There was the sound of running water the entire time in the room. The body wash in the shower was empty. Booked two rooms my friends weren't impressed either. Took twenty minutes to get a cup of coffee from their coffee shop.

The location is great for downtown downtown if you are mainly is sightseeing and visiting there. In-N-Out parking is available at $46 a day. We were not expecting that price. The staff while Pleasant was a little inexperienced and dealing with problem solving. The toilets in the common areas were overflowing not sure why. The room was nice the bed comfortable, but the price was high. The Marriott always offers a comfortable stay, but this was the first time I feel like I paid more than what I received. No housekeeping is available unless you request request it. When we asked for additional pillows, we had to get them ourselves from reception. The additional towels and washcloths were brought to us in garbage bags seemed “suspect”. The noise level was loud both from outside noise, cars, music, etc., and internal noise from the loud AC. Also, the AC was so cold. It was just no way to find a good common ground. You were either in a scene from frozen or just dealt with the humid room.
