Our room was amazing! High ceilings and large windows. So much room. The bathroom was large compared to most hotels. It was very clean. The staff were super friendly. We didn't have regular coffee in our room but they got it for us very quickly. Location is perfect. Less than 10min walk to waterfront activities and restaurants.

Clean room, helpful staff. Parking was a little confusing at first but I called and they directed me on where to go! Bar on second floor was a nice way to end the night!

The hotel was very clean. I love that they left a lot of the old-fashioned touches when they did the building.

Our room was not ready when we tried to check in at 4pm. We were told it was due to a “shortage in housekeepers.” The lights in our room were flickering frequently. The mini fridge was on the coldest setting but barely cold. We went to the bistro for breakfast & the lady working left for 20 minutes then ran back apologizing and brought out our food. About the only thing we enjoyed about our stay was the location of the hotel - perfect for walking to the reds game

The stay was ok. Some staff were a little unprofessional. Promising early check in only to be told no room were available when we arrived. Long wait while employees seemed overwhelmed/understaffed.

The AC didn't seem to cool the room very well and it felt a little humid in the room. We weren't there long so I didn't complain.

We stayed overnight to go see a cubs game. First and foremonst, the staff was phenomenal! The location was excellent for the stadium, food, and fun! The rooms are very nice and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

The entire staff was amazing! Rooms were just OK. It felt like I was staying in a Comfort Inn but paying Marriott prices. Simple but really small rooms. No regular coffee in the room. Prices at the bar in the bistro were outrageous. Location was convenient, but we won't be back. The worst part was the valet parking. There was only one person working on a heavy checkout day. Friends of ours had to walk down and get their own car. It was not the girl working there. She was awesome!! Whoever scheduled workers for that day should be fired. Completely unacceptable and the biggest reason we will not be back. Very disappointing for a Marriott stay.....

Nice, clean room, big TV, nice shower! Very helpful and friendly staff, excellent valet service! Great location to walk to the ball games!

This hotel was excellent.

The property is in a good location to walk to Great American Ballpark (it takes about 10 minutes). I liked the valet service. Made it very easy to pull in and unload. The hotel is very nice upon first walking in. Negatives: Upon first walking in the room, it was about 85 degrees on an already super hot day. It took awhile to get the air down to around 72. I noticed immediately that the sheets on the king bed were inside out. That’s very odd for a nice hotel. The room was clean, however we had to use the sofa sleeper and when we pulled it out, there was a dead bug and what looked like dried blood on the mattress. The sofa sleeper mattress was very thin and no pillows were given for it. We realized we forgot toothpaste so we went down and asked the front desk clerk where the closest place to get some would be. She sent us three blocks in the opposite direction to a very sketchy dollar general. We realized later there is a Walgreens just down the street, about a 2 minute walk. It’s weird that the front desk clerk wouldn’t have known that. The hotel was ok but would probably stay somewhere else if we come back.

"sink stopped up", a/c really cool, slept well. We were there during 2026 heat wave so staying cool was paramount. Easy overlook sink Valet fast, good location for Reds game.

I think the staff was trying but they seemed understaffed at times. I don't stay in downtown locations often but the noise levels were 8 out of 10
