Clean room

Great hotel, great stay, nice view and very clean.

That aside, the hotel is in a great location, especially in relation to the Bengals and Reds stadiums. I requested, and was given, a room on a high floor with a fabulous view. But I suspect this was at the expense of the Deluxe room I had booked. There were no bathrobes (which was included in my booking), and no record of breakfast being included (which again was included in my original booking.) The room had a communicating door with the room next door, which afforded very little sound proofing, such that I could clearly hear the guests in the adjacent room.

The staff was amazing. Front desk staff, restaurant staff, and the people at the store.

The decor and lobby were very nice. I loved the way the restaurant was set up, even though I didn't stay long enough to eat in there. The staff were nice, and the room had a nice layout. The room was not completely clean. We found trash from a previous guest still in the room. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The valet parking was horribly overpriced. I probably won't be staying again since the stay was not worth the price I paid.

Location was great. No exclusive parking for hotel.

Our quick stay was made better because of the nearly instant check-in, fast and efficient valet service, very spacious and comfortable room and friendly customer service!

The buffet on Saturday was excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We stayed in a king suite, and my only complaint is concerning the headboard of the bed. When I moved the pillows, it revealed that the headboard was severely damaged and in need of replacement.

Decent hotel. It’s like a slightly better Hamptons Inn.

The Hotel is in a Great Location and offer an array of amenities. We were close enough to navigate to gems in the city by walking. Room wasn't the cleanest but the staff was accommodating and able to fix some issues. Carpet on the floors are kinda outdated,but overall great hotel.

Beautiful place conveniently located close to the Reds stadium.... great staff and great amenities!!! Can't think of anything!!!
