Other than the injuries and the lack of communication, we had a fantastic time in the city. The coffee shop in the lobby is phenomenal!! I’d go back just for the coffee!

We found the hotel and our room to be incredibly clean and welcoming. The desk staff at check in were amazing. Kind and on top of everything. The valet staff are working in a small area and are happy to hustle hustle hustle to get you in and out…even in a heat index of 105! I would stay here again…without hesitation.

Friendly staff, clean and quiet hotel. Only parking option is valet which was an additional charge. They were very quick when requesting to pick the car up.

Location is excellent. Great classic atmosphere and the hotel is beautiful. Room was larger than expected and very comfortable. Hotel staff was slow to look up Hilton rewards numbers.

We were forced to switch rooms because our room had no water. We were told they would comp our room for one night. Instead we were overcharged and still unable to take a normal shower because of the inconsistent water temperature. The staff was not helpful.

The location, room size and high ceilings. The staff was courteous and welcoming. I also loved the V parking I didn't like my key not working after the housekeeping attended accessed my room before I checked out and caused me to go back downstairs 3 times before the attendant intervened and opened the door for me to retrieve our things.

no parking structure or lot was my biggest complaint. $42 a night for valet is a bit steep.

The staff was amazing. They were very informative on all of the services they provide and helped us with directions and traveling options vs us driving to our destination. The food was really good in the hotel restaurant. We will definitely come back again.
