Great Location

Heart of downtown, beautiful hotel. The staff was absolutely kind above and beyond, helped us with any issues that we found. The elevators were beyond slow and there were many events going on the same day as our check-in so check-in was later than it states on the website and once we got to our room, we found small blood stains on the sheets made me worried that they did not clean the rooms correctly. I do wish breakfast or parking was included for the cost of the room.

The staff was above and beyond their jobs to make the stay exceptional with location to walk to anything in the city renaissance is the best stay in all of cincinnati that's why I will always return

Clean and modern room with helpful staff!

In the heart of downtown Cincinnati. Everything was with in walking distance, and the valet was easy. Room was clean, the building is old but well maintained.

The toilet didn't flush too well. Had to hold the button down for a while.

Very clean and large room! The noise from outside was very loud and interrupted our sleep. The window treatments are also not blackout, so the room stayed pretty light.

$50 over night charge for parking is expensive

Best hotel in Cinci! So close to the stadium and riverfront. Staff is incredible! So friendly so accommodating, always checking to make sure you have everything and enjoy your stay.

Beautiful, clean property with kind staff. Bar & restaurant on property. There is not a parking garage, only valet parking. Walking distance to stadiums, restaurants & shopping.

The restaurant had great food. The location was perfect. The room was clean. We had to wait over two hours past check-in to be able to check in and was late leaving for our event because we could not check into our room until after 6 PM when check-in is supposed to be at 4. My neck and back are hurting so bad today from the pillows and mattress. They were definitely not comfortable.

The restaurant and bar had great service, food, and drinks were yummy! Front desk stuff was very helpful and polite, we would definitely stay there again!

The room was a bit dusty. Not super clean but not terrible. The location is great though. Park at the Westin hotel garage instead to save on parking
