Renaissance Cincinnati Downtown Hotel

The staff was amazing and the location to the stadium was perfect.

From the moment I stepped from my car, my stay was pleasant. The people at the valet were so sweet and helpful. The ladies at the check-in desk were absolutely wonderful. The housecleaning could not have been better. The shout though, goes to the restaurant service. While the food was not my cup of tea, it was fine - but the real shout out was to our bartender who overheard me say that the refrigerator didn't work. Not only did he give us water to go to our room, he told the manager who sent someone up to check (replace if need be). We would have never complained because the frig not getting cold is a common issue with hotels. From the time we arrived until the time we left we were treated so well! We want to stay there every time we come into town!

We were directed to valet park when arriving this was not mentioned when booking the hotel room only that parking was available not that it was valet only. Anyway, a very expensive pair of sunglasses were stolen from our car. We have reached out to the hotel but at this point it does not seem to be encouraging that they are going to do anything about it which is extremely disappointing seeing how it was over 300.00 for a 1-night stay.

Very close to Great American Ballpark for the Reds Game. Would stay here again without a doubt.

Upon returning that night there was a note on the door saying it was repaired. Now the water was scolding hot. Only by playing with the handle was I able to shower without being burned. Apparently the room was never vacuumed. I noticed a finger nail or toenail on the floor.

He location to everything. Considering this is an upper end hotel getting double charged for my stay when it was paid in full 5 days prior to my stay and now having to wait 7 days because they can’t move forward with the refund on the double charge then knowing it takes 10 days to process is very unprofessional for a business in my opinion. Most likely will never stay at this hotel again considering I paid 100 for parking for two nights never received a call from the manager. To me seems they do not really care about a mistake that’s happened on the hotels end.

Disappointed that check-in was 4:00 pm but when arrived at 5:30 pm was told room wasn't ready and they would have to call when ready. Had just driven 8 hours and just wanted to put stuff in room and relax

Love how close it is to the Great American Ball Park, super quick walk.

We were close to a lot of places & events. Our bathroom was not clean, bathroom trash still had old trash from someone else and for what we paid for valet the wait was extremely long when we went to check out even over an hour before check out time.

They said I had no reservation

Next morning tried to go to lobby and couldn’t get an elevator!!! Had to go back to room And ask for late check out. Now have been waiting for the $50 valet for 30 min to get my car. I will never stay her again!
