It was beautiful!!! The rooms were very clean, nice supply of coffee and tea in the room, and overall just a relaxing place to be. The food. My husband and I went to breakfast our second day there and it was not what I expected at such a wonderful hotel. My pancakes were undercooked and my sausage was burned. As much as we paid for breakfast, I would expect better.

E didn’t have much time to go in restaurant for a single cup. Parking for valet was a Bit tight with traffic zooming by.

Great hotel with a great staff. Will be coming back again.

Beautiful hotel. Had to circle the block a few times before there was an open space for valet, I don’t know where else there was parking nearby but valet was fine for me. We did room service for two meals and it was delivered fast and tasted really good. Both the bathroom door and the shower door were sliding doors and they didn’t stay shut, they would slowly slide back open about 6-8 inches. And I think his name was Jacob at the front desk - he was the first (and only one) to greet us and was super friendly and helpful!

Great fitness center! Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Housekeeping was a bit delayed and I couldn't get more coffee cups to my room until I asked. Luckily, Starbucks is nearby. Great location, walkable to everything, but expensive valet parking. If you fly in, get an Uber to this hotel because you won't need your car! If you do, use the public lot next door to save 50%. Front desk staff AMAZINGLY helpful! All the staff I spoke to was very friendly. Lots of good restaurants all around this hotel. You won't go hungry!

Do not take your truck, they can’t accommodate bigger vehicles so parking is an issue. Also we asked for a one hour late check out and we were told nope. Not real accommodating.

Very good

Very clean and very central to downtown and the riverfront park. I was put by an employee access point (I'm assuming a supply closet) so there was a lot of door slamming. For the price, I would have not liked that especially since it starts pretty early.

Beautiful/clean room. Parking was a bit of a hassle, garage 2 blocks away and valet was very backed up. They may need to consider, when large amounts of people are checking in the same day, to stagger check-in times rather than have everybody checking in at the same time. Roads were backed up, police were blocking off the road so you couldn’t even turn there and valet could not keep up with the amount of people. Otherwise, would highly recommend.
-
The bed was very comfortable! The valet parking was really bad took us 45 min going around in circles and was told that's what we are to do till the next available space comes along ,people were double parking yet we were told we couldn't finally my husband double parked Whent over to the booth and told them we have been waiting and they finally helped us!
-
Our room door would not shut unless you literally slammed it. It was actually open when we first checked in. We thought we shut it good when went out for the day but when got back it was still slightly open which anyone could have gone in. So we had to really watch it. Otherwise it was good,

Outstanding hotel.
-
The hotel was beautiful. Great location in downtown. The staff was exceptional from front desk to the parking valets. So friendly and very accommodating.
-
The room was nice. Service was friendly. Room wasn't ready at check-in time, I intially had to park my own car, valet was that backed up. The bathroom mirror light did NOT work, so the bathroom was very poorly llight by the two overhead llights. Valet coming back to the hotel had an attitude that "we will be very busy in the morning" like he was trying to talk us out of using their service.
-
The room had smell , like cigarette smoke. The bathroom door would not close. The staff was very nice, the valet and consige where excellent. The staff was great
