Amazing stuff breakfast bar clean room

One night stay, enjoyed dinner in the restaurant with a large group, good food, and atmosphere we would stay again.

Very nice staff.

If I am going to critique my stay I would start with the bar and Starbucks. Food was bad and coffee was horrible. However that is not the entire story. I checked out this morning 7/14 at 4am and the gentleman at the front desk was so helpful and went way beyond the call of duty. He as much as ran down the street chasing my uber to direct them to the hotel as she kept missing it. He was so nice! The night before another front desk man had called around to get quotes for me. Everyone was so nice and the hotel is beautiful w turn down service.

Staff was attentive and very service oriented. The property is beautiful, and it’s in a nice location.

Room wasn't clean. Found hairs in bathroom and the tables and surfaces were not clean

Love this hotel! Beautiful and fantastic location. Great staff. Rooms are spacious and fresh. Luxury finishes. My only suggestion is to have food service stay open later - and roof top deck was only open 5pm-10pm, when restaurant was open. With that lovely view, I’d like to access it for times outside the restaurant hours while staying there.

I liked the fact that the staff was always extremely helpful and they're at a moment's notice if you needed them. I also liked the fact that little Park was right across the street and was a beautiful Park. I also really like the fact that I felt safe to walk outside at night to walk my dogs. I did love the fact that the hotel was very pet friendly. The only drawback was they did not have a swimming pool or sauna.

Enjoyed our one night stay. Complementary drop/pickup within 5 miles was a nice perk!

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful walking location

I reserved a river view room. The hotel put us in a room with a view of the interior bar. When I showed the river view reservation to folks at the front desk they moved us one floor up but couldn’t provide a room with the view we booked. They also said they couldn’t discount the room because we booked online. I feel that we were overcharged.

Great hotel and wonderful staff

We arrived at 11:45pm from a delayed flight from CA. The host at the reception desk was gracious and full of information to help expedite our travels the next day. The room was spacious and luxurious. Accommodation surpassed our expectations. After a long day of travel, sinking into slumber in a truly comfortable bed was a gift from above. The Pendleton blanket across the bed was a perfect touch. We chose to order in the next morning knowing we would be exhausted. There was a modern sectional sofa and table where we enjoyed breakfast in the morning. Service was lovely and I could only compare it to luxury cabin service on a cruise. Food was exceptional and coffee delicious. We appreciated the concierge itinerary assistance and ride to our destination. We followed all the travel trips and felt like we achieved all we wanted out of the day. The next day we checked into a hotel in Dayton only to check out the next day. Unfortunately The Lytle Park was booked for the week or we would have checked back in at any price. It is truly a gem in OH.
