Comfort Suites Cincinnati University - Downtown

Room was clean. Breakfast was pretty basic. Staff was excellent.

Centrally located to downtown area and shopping venues.

The hotel was well maintained and the beds were very comfortable.

Very nice clean room. Breakfast was good. Didnt know was going to have to put up $150 depsit in case of damage. I have never in all my travels stayed in a place that required that. But was good would have like to know about places close to visit like zoo or museums.

Staff (everyone!) made us feel at home.

The phone in the room did not work at all. The dead bolt on the door did not work, I was very uncomfortable. I will never stay there again. The staff I encountered was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok; the air conditioner worked well.

There was shampoo and conditioner but no body wash. The shower was only half enclosed so water gets all over the floor. The pull out couch was unable to be used as it was not clean at all. There weren’t extra blankets. The breakfast was mediocre

Mattress was also very nice as were the luxury bath towels. Staff were pleasant, competent and helpful.

Front desk staff at check-in on the 27th of July were not friendly at all. Fridge was not working in room. Front desk said no maintenance was available until the next day. Long hair on shower walls. So it was not a great start. Again, front staff was not responsive to answer phone calls, ignored people waiting outside the locked front doors. Second day was better. Breakfast staff was cheerful.

When we brought these things up to management they apologized and said they would send an email with a voucher for a free night stay, good for 1 year, that we could use at their hotel. We never received the email.

Clean room and hotel in general. Staff was nice and provided information about what the property provided.

Clean, comfortable, safe, close to the Children's Hospital. Staff so very kind and helpful.

Unprofessional and ghetto breakfast was nasty and shower was nasty would never stay there again.

Clean room

The rooms were clean. I felt comfortable sleeping in the bed because I knew the sheets & comforted were changed. Omg the breakfast excellent. It was not just some continental breakfast. They had variety from sausages to beacon, biscuits, potatoes, etc. They get 10 stars for breakfast. They get 10 stars for overall cleanest of the place. You will not be disappointed if you stay at this place.

After shortly checking in, I noticed the floor in our room was wet and the wall was leaking water. I called the front desk and they had no other rooms to accommodate. I asked for a refund, since I booked third party they were unable to give a refund and we were stuck staying the night

Staff are nice. The hotel is secure and clean. The location is a short drive to the UC campus. Breakfast is very basic.

Hotel is close to the zoo, Newport on the Levee, etc. The pool water was cold, so the kids only swam for about 10-15 minutes. Breakfast was good.
