Size of room and close to our venue The pool area was not very clean. Neither our sink or shower would drain properly. Hair dryer wouldn't work either. Also we put that we would have 5 people yet we had 2 wash clothes one hand towel and 3 bath towels. Also no linens for the pull out couch.

The breakfast was insufficient. It started at 07:00, supposedly to 10:00, but by 09:00 almost nothing was left. For fruits, only 4 apples were displayed to start with. There was a hard-boiled egg tray, but no eggs throughout. There are 2 hot-breakfast trays, only one containing scrambled eggs; the other one, (supposedly sausage?) remained empty. We felt bad for those student athletes visiting from Michigan State, who were there at the cafeteria by 07:30, but they sure did not get a good breakfast for their games.

Breakfast was ok. Fairly minimal offerings. Road noise was excessive and persistent.

The room was big and clean. I liked that they had parking They had a computer issue so it took forever to get checked in. I sat there for about 45 minutes before getting checked in. People who arrived after I did got in before me. I went down for breakfast around 8:30, but the meat heaters were empty. I left without eating sadly.

When we first arrived our room keys did not work and required a trip back to the front desk to program the key cards. That night the fire alarm went off at 1:20 am and ruined that nights sleep. The second day none of the guests key cards were working and you had to wait in line at the front desk for someone to let you into your room if you left. I assume it’s not like this everyday but I can only base my review on my experience.
