We were very pleased with this hotel. It was in a great location and the room was super clean. Checkin was easy and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Loved the layout of the room. The breakfast was awesome—way better than most. Will stay again when in Cincinnati.

Was a little warm in the hallways. But very clean

The room was very clean and the staff was so nice! Breakfast was good also.

We had traveled almost 2 hours to visit my sister at UC medical center...they were so helpful...said they would keep my sister in their prayers...room was spotless...breakfast was delicious and the ac kept the room cooled off
-
experience was okay i did not like that we were charged 150 dollars for a deposit that was not stated on hotels.com

The price was low, but sometimes you get what you pay for. They seemed to be understaffed, so I'll cut them some slack, but there is never an excuse for not ensuring a clean room. Floors were very dirty. Made my daughters feet black. Took a few days to get it cleaned. We were told that they only serviced the room upon request. Never stayed at a hotel like that. No bed making, no checking if needed toilet paper, towels, or emptying trash. Breakfast was okay, but continually ran out of coffee. When advising staff about it, they seemed annoyed. Would not return to this location.

Clean room, good breakfast, nice staff

Very convenient location, well kept property and the price was reasonable. The manager Keisha was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We truly appreciated her care!

The Water Was Off For A Whole Day Which Was Saturday Nobody Accommodated Us Or Nothing.

We liked the space and cleanliness. We didn't like there was 2 dirty wash cloths hanging over shower rod. Also no meat with the complimentary breakfast.

The staff! It was a clean nice hotel but the staff were the key to a great stay. The neighborhood wasn’t amazing BUT the lock the door so you need a key 24/7 to get into the hotel which we loved.

The room was nice and I like that they offered breakfast. The breakfast wasn't great, the window shade was kinda broken and the bed cover kept falling off revealing gross stains beneath it.
-
They didn’t make clean up the room and fixed the beds or change the bathroom tiles

The location was convenient for where we needed to be in the city. The smell of weed was overwhelming. There was a biker gang partying in the parking lot blasting music till late at night. As soon as we walked in our room we noticed French fries from the last person on the floor. We checked the beds because it’s a habit after a bad experience else where and there was hair and stains on the mattress protectors. We pulled out the bed from the couch and it was covered in crumbs. They never came to clean our room in the 3 days we were there. Was told we had to request it. The lady that checked us in was absolutely rude when I requested additional towels for our 6 people that were in our family. Then went she went to get towels continued to talk crap the whole way and yelled absolutely not. You are not getting no 10 towels. Then yelled at me saying if I had 10 people in the room it was a safety hazard. Told her no we have 6 as they all were standing right in front of her. If she would have been a little more considerate realizing we have larger people in our family and the girls like to use one towel for their hair and a different for their body. We were expected to use our bath towels for the pool as she refused to give us any and the pool didn’t have any. We ran out off toilet paper, had to change our own trash and took it out and request for garbage bags. You would think after the second day of us requesting items they would have realized there was a problem. We ended up leaving a night earlier as I would have rather drove the 5 hours home then stay there another night.

Location I’ve stayed at the comfort inn multiple times in different cities always a pleasant stay… this time my first room the toilet was broken and the air wasn’t working properly, went to the desk the assistant manager seemed like she didn’t wanna be bothered at first, advised that she was the only one staffed and all she could do was swap rooms which I was thankful for. Once I got in that room I had to leave out to get bleach so that I could wipe the bathroom down which had hair everywhere from the sink to the floor to all inside the shower.

I was very pleased with our 3 night stay during June 2026. Immediately upon entering the secure hotel lobby you are able to take scent of freshness and cleanliness. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful when needed. Our room was a 2 bed with pull out sofa. This was the perfect set up for our family of 5. The breakfast seating area is large. The selections were your typical meats, eggs, potatoes, etc. There was also 2 waffle makers, a toaster, refrigerated items available too.
-
crowded serving area with only one waffle maker and little selection

The floors everywhere felt a little oily/sticky? We asked for a crib, and they brought us a stinky pack & play that had moldy food stuck to the inside. There was no hand soap in our bathroom. There were no towels at all in our room or at the pool. Breakfast was pretty good.
-
Also, the guests the floor above us were very loud, it sounded like they were running back and forth for hours starting at 10:30pm. They eventually stopped though. That’s not a hotel problem, just leaving this here guests see it and don’t let their kids run wild.
