Comfort Suites Cincinnati University - Downtown

Almost everything was great. Only complaint I had was the shower was a bit too open in the back. No curtains. no glass wall. So water got everywhere and the bathroom and main area floors got slippery and then sticky as they dried.

AC, black out curtains, quiet. My room was dirty. Trash under the couches, a pill, cigarette butt, menstrual pad, fork and other trash. Could tell it hasn't been clean in a while. Bathroom had reddish brown stains on walls like something was splattered. Floor was partly molded against wall and had grey bugs crawling. A huge sticky spill was beside my end table that you could tell was there for a while. Sheets had stains on them as well. Bathroom sink let out an awful smell when you turned the water on.

Easy taxi or bus ride to the market area of town where a free connector train is available to transport you around the centre. Staff were friendly and helpful in advising where best to go for food/drinks etc. Free parking included. Lovely breakfast options with great coffee. Wish we'd had more than 1 night here.

Nothing. Everything. The staff was rude. The hotel was disgusting. And the location was terrible. Bad neighborhood, bad rooms, and bad staff.

I liked the location of this hotel it was close to many of the things we did over the weekend and staff was friendly, helpful and the breakfast was good

The stay with great my only complaint(s) would be about the breakfast selection potatoes eggs and bacon was the only options. The pool water just didn’t seem very clean the water looked very murky and we didn’t want to be in it. Other than that it was fine decent location we spent most of our time in Kentucky because that’s how close the hotel was! The room was clean just when you used the shower sewer gases came out the sink idk if it was just our room but it didn’t last long enough to complain just made the bathroom usage quick!

Staff were amazing. The room was mostly clean. The pull out couch had pop corn under it and a stain on the mattress but over all the facilities were clean and staff were extremely friendly

Great facility and staff were helpful and friendly. The kitchen staff took extra care during breakfast. There was a blind that needed repair. It was the one that shades the light from outside, so the sun came in early..

Beds comfortable No hot water for showers, room floor filthy, had to leave a day early did not reund unused night, didn't care for physical location

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly. The room was super spacious, and the bed was comfortable. We didn't use any of the other amenities offered. When we checked in, we didn't have hot water. We didn't have time to get it working because we had to get ready for a wedding. The next day, it was working. The breakfast was very average.
