Great location. Friendly welcoming staff. Excellent coffee. Clean room, very comfortable mattress!

I was mostly disturbed by the beverage cooler in the lobby. The shelves were lined with cardboard and the freezer had the hot pocket box half fulll just thrown on the shelf. The front desk staff was very unprofessional dressed. I am assuming he was the manager.. he was the worse with a tshirt and a backwards baseball hat. The breakfast attendee checking us out with a head scarf was the straw that broke the camels back for me.

Very quiet, clean and rooms and bed was comfortable.

The microwave and blinds were broken. The reason we picked a hotel instead of an AirBNB was for the pool and the whole time there it was out of service.

Beds clean and very soft. Bathroom wa clean. Nice storage space in rooms for suitcases and phone charging. Our blind in our room was broken and wouldn't go up for sunlight in the morning. Breakfast was good but they were not prepared for our team and many of us had cold cinnamon rolls and no eggs/meats/pancakes.

Everything was good except having to change rooms after attempting to leave first room…door would not lock when leaving. Luckily, we hadn’t been there too long nor unpacked yet.

Absolutely Nothing!! Anything!! The lack of professionalism of the entire staff. The inconvenience of my room initially being on the 3rd floor without a working elevator. Then to move us to the first floor, with a handicap accessible room as if to say they were doing me a favor, was insulting. The dirty blood stained wash cloth underneath the mattress, oh and the black mold that was in the floor of the shower.

The elevator was out of order. What kind of hotel has just ONE elevator? These issues covered all three nights of my stay, and it certainly didn't seem like there was any urgency to fix them. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING from an IGH/Holiday Inn brand. They're usually my go to because of the value, but not any longer.

Pancake maker out of order Elevator out of order

Elevator was broken, luckily they were nice enough to move us to the ground floor since we were staying a few days. Pool heater was broken. Pancake machine was broken. Ice machines were not working and leaking water everywhere. The rooms were fairly clean. Overall not the best experience.

Mostly ok. Would have liked bacon tho. Oj tasted funny but cranberry was ok. Would have like the entrance to the parking lot to be flat instead of a lip due to storm drain.

Comfortable Some breakfast items needed to be added. They were empty.

Pool was cold. Need refreshing. Nice staff. Nice room. Shower need renewal.
