We were there for a week and never received any cleaning.

-the bed felt like I was laying on springs. It was the worse four nights of sleep. -rm 312 when you open the door there is a horrible disgusting smell. I can’t even describe it.

Nice clean rooms with full kitchen

The suite was good for families. Kitchen is very convenient to have. Airconditioning was good. The only thing is that during our stay some people were smoking weed outside and when it rained you can smell it in the hallway.

Clean property and comfortable bed

Quiet, safe location. Room was clean and comfortable. Manager on duty was extremely rude. Five minutes before check-in they could not even confirm if we would have a room (check in was at 3). Excuses saying they didn’t know if any of the rooms are ready, they would have to go check, etc. There were at least five people in the lobby, waiting on rooms and nobody was given a guarantee that a room would be available. The manager completely disappears and there’s no one in the office. The fire department shows up walking all through the office looking for employees. No one is to be found. Finally, another employee shows up for work who was extremely nice and helped to get everyone in their rooms, but it was well after our designated check-in time. The manager shows back up in the office and does not realize I’m waiting in the hallway and begins talking extremely ugly about me and other people who were waiting - she had zero customer service skills, could not get us checked into the room or even a guarantee that we would have a room. She was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful.

very clean and affordable nothing of note

Is this a fancy hotel. No but is it a place to stay for the night and relax during your trip. The lady who was at the desk our first night was very helpful with an issue that we had, she was kind and went above and beyond to help us fix it. The kitchen in the room was clean and you're provided anything you may need pots pans, plates, utensils, and can get more appliances from the front desk if needed. My only gripe was the bed being ridiculously hard and my ribcage would hurt after waking up. Otherwise all staff is very kind and helps as much as they can, its quiet and clean

Awesome property

This is an extended stay facility with many long term residents. Please be aware. The photos do not accurately represent my experience and attempts to obtain a refund were not agreed to by the management at the property. Do not stay here expecting what you see in the pictures. I did not check online reviews from outside of hotels.com before booking and wish I had. All reviews of this property say the same; this falls far short of expectations.

All staff were pleasant, courteous and helpful above and beyond expectations. Non standard plug in bathroom sink.

Great Staff Smoke free Quiet

The lobby is underwhelming, the walk through the hallway to our room was hot, but the room was a pleasant surprise and we had a great night's sleep.

They don’t have an ice machine.

Clean rooms, staff is very friendly. Easy smooth process at check in. Love my stay here every time I come home from over the road.

The Front Desk and Custodial staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable and was very much worth the price. I will definitely being staying at Mainstay Suites Blue Ash in the future.

Always enjoy staying at Mainstay with the available kitchen amenities. Room and bathroom were nice and clean. Walls were a little thin so easy to hear the neighbors if they’re loud. Check-in was friendly.
