Find another place sink backed up for 5 days, no room cleaning even when requested nobody seemed to care at all

Great stay and even better staff. Despite arriving after 1:00 AM to a room that smelled of smoke from a nearby party, the night staff quickly sorted it out and moved us to a fresh, clean room. The amenities were great and the breakfast was delicious. Really appreciate a team that handles unexpected issues so efficiently!

Todo muy bien solo que anuncian que la piscina tiene calentamiento y casi ni la pudimos utilizar de lo fria que estaba el agua ele preguntamos al personal e indicaron que no lo están utilizando.

Our room was clean and worked out well for our group of 5 with the pull-out couch. Only complaints would be that the door dividing the bedroom and the "living area" was broken, but we didn't necessarily need it. The breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts - especially the made-to-order omelets and pancakes. The beds were comfortable and clean. We did happen to be there during some convention/ball/party and they were in the main conference area right outside our room, so it was a little noisy, but it was ok. I would definitely stay here again, should we happen to go back to King's Island again! It was about a 10-15 minute drive and super convenient.

The property was clean The property had very few luggage racks, had to carry our luggage and it took a few trips. It also was very busy, kids running around screaming, slamming doors, loud music till after 11p.

My sister's room was clean; in my room, the linen in the closet was smashed in the bag, which indicated someone had used it before us. Dirty trash in our ice bucket. I have pictures. front desk person did not give important info.

The breakfast was excellent. The location was in a very nice area. The suite was clean, modern and super nice. Price was good value for what we got. Would stay there again. All was good!
