Nothing Everything small beds didn't give room I booked

The room smelled like weed, the doors had holes, the floor was dirty, there was mold on the ceiling. We had to leave immediately to go to another hotel because it was not a good situation to be in.

The cost was affordable but after the experience, it turned out to be a poor value. I had no hot water in the shower. The breakfast was limited to coffee and cereal options. Customer service was subpar. After advising the front desk that my shower did not have hot water on the first day there , the manager did not make an effort to correct the issue. I advised the manager again the next day. She seemed surprised, as if she was unaware of the problem. She promised to have the plumber investigate the issue (again) as a first option and change rooms as a second option if the problem could not be fixed. She never responded with an update and she did not advise her staff. After 2 days and 3 nights, I checked out early. I advised the night auditor before hand so there would be no confusion when I check out. I requested a refund for the last day that was not used. The attendant assured me that there be no problem but he had to obtain the manager’s approval. Promised to forward the information to the supervisor the next day. Again, no response. I called to follow up but was told the manager was not available. It has been 3 days and each time I’ve been put off with the same excuse.

The size of the room and the property was pretty There was no one at the front desk hardly ever The washer and dryer machines were broken

Hotel needed a lot of cleaning. Lots of items needed repairs. Breakfast was a little bit of nothing but tiny muffins and some oatmeal. Coffee was horrible. Definitely room for improvement.

They didn’t have my reservation they didn’t help me get a reservation, and the place was very dirty even in the lobby . We decided to leave during this stay. Not worth your time or money.

I did not absolutely like anything. My room was infested with Net. The tub was peeling with paint the room smelt bad. The Next was inside the dishwasher. The hallway smelled really bad and very nasty and dirty. The carpet this property need to be shut down by a health department and also at the front desk. It leaked the whole weekend. I got there on Thursday and it was leaking on Sunday what a mop bucket to catch the water. Also, I can’t with friends. He said he had a roach in his room and it’s full of dogs that bark all night

The room was filthy. Floors shower and mirror were disgusting. I would have left if I could have

There was a leak in the ceiling of the lobby at the front desk. They had a bucket to catch the water from the time I checked in on Thursday till check out on Sunday. The rooms are super outdated and poorly furnished. Horrible! I had a terrible gnat infestation in my room and no one would come see about it I think they were coming from the old raggedy dishwasher. Terrible ! Every time I asked for a manager they said that there was no manager there at that time then they finally just gave me a can of Raid for roaches and ants!!!! This is a pet friendly hotel and everyone on my floor had big dogs and they barked constantly. I didn’t bother asking them to switch me to another room because I had friends at the hotel on a different floor with the same issues. Sad! This is my first experience with an Extended Stay and it was giving transient hotel! The pics on the website are inaccurate. It may have looked like that 5-6 yrs ago but now they just need to shut this place down. I should have known that it would be bad from the awful smell as soon as you walked in. 0/10!

The pull out mattress was not a queen and even worse it was VERY stained. No pillow case was given for the extra pillow. Furniture was very rough. The whole room didn't seem very clean. Marijuana smell in stairwell.

Stayed here last year, great stay. This year everything looks run down and tired. Not even a hair dryer in room. Not going to book anymore stays here.

We had never stayed at an extended-stay Hotel before, so it was a surprise to not find a coffee maker. I was a little disappointed that the Suite didn't have a King bed but it was comfortable. Not much in the way of Breakfast

It should have had pull out bed but I didn't have it
