Wingate by Wyndham - Cincinnati - Blue Ash

This place needs a little upgrades or maintenance. Stayed a year ago and was much better. Maybe it was the room we got this time. Places missing in shower and hole in closet door. Just a little disappointing compared to last time. Good location for Blue Ash. Super quiet. I think parking out back a little shady so we parked out front although it was closer to our room parking around the back.

Hotel was filthy. Sheets were dirty, stained. Staff was rude and non helpful when asked questions. Avoid this flea bad motel.

Outside was well kept. Inside out dated. Room was outdated, paint had oily stains on the walls. Fixtures were dusty and bath tub had mold and paint chipping throughout. Price. I guess you get what you pay for.

The pool was very well maintained. Our beds were very springy.

The staff were attentive and had great customer service. There were a few pieces of hair in the bathroom but the room was clean overall.

The only only bad things about our stay is that the mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. The bathroom fan didn't work. The breakfast was good. The staff was wonderful. If we go back, I'd love a room facing the park.

The lobby was clean and nicely arranged. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was very good. A wide variety of choices. The grounds needed tending. The room needs a great amount of work. The bed was comfortable. The tile on the bathroom floor had stains that were permanent. The tub surround was cracked and the fixtures in need of replacing. It rained very hard last night and this morning there was water and debris on the windowsill.

The Wingate at Wyndham is conveniently located right across the street from Summit Park in Blue Ash. The hotel is somewhat dated, but the room was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the free breakfast in the morning. This hotel is a perfect spot for a quick 1-2 night stay at a reasonable price.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. If I could give it more stars, I would. Diane was a big asset and Amber was great arrange us a ride to the eye clinic. The room was clean. The breakfast was Amazing and did I mention the front desk staff was exceptional.

Rooms smelled of smoke. Stains on the couch. Charged a ridiculous 100 deposit on a 150 room. Do not recommend and will never go back. Over priced and not a well kept property.

Key card for room never worked. Clock which had the charging ports didn't work. The drawer on the night stand wouldn't stay shut and the outside door around the back of the building had a card swipe to get in but it did not work and anyone could just walk in.

It was very nice and clean breakfast was awesome.

I love this hotel! I come to Cincinnati every two weeks for business and just for a night. I always get the single king bed room. the room and bathrooms are always super clean. The bed is also super comfortable and the shower is always nice and hot!
