Comfort Inn Blue Ash North

The hotel had an odd odor and the room was musty. Thankfully we were only there one night to sleep. The front desk person was friendly.

the room had a terrible smell…it was a cross between stale cigarettes and moldy carpet… the pool looked like it had been filled with hot dog water…I would not recommend anyone to stay there.

The staff was courteous. The room was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable!!

Disgusting hotel! Smells like weed and very dirty

As soon as you walked into in the hotel the smell is absolutely horrible of mold and mildew. My first day I was walking in front of the air conditioner/ window when I rolled my ankle because there is a hole in the floor under the carpet probably about the size of a basketball. Checked for bed bugs didn’t see any. The carpet in the room was filthy along with the ceiling. The blanket on the bed had blood in it. Luckily I brought my own blanket and pillow. When twisted my ankle I tried to call the front desk, phone isn’t plugged in. Used my cell phone no answer recording said hit 0 for operator. The recording just kept looping. Went down to the front desk and waited no one ever showed up. Sign on the desk said call the number for help. Again it just looped. I ran into a housekeeper in the hallway and tried talking to her. She just kept saying “speak no English”. We were in and out from Friday- Sunday and no one was ever at the desk till check out. When I told the gentleman behind the desk and the incident with the floor he just said “I’m sorry that happened to you”. The room smelled so bad if you turned the air down you couldn’t handle the smell. Had we not been there for AAU tournaments I would have left. However all the hotels around were booked up and I didn’t want to be out $450. I have video of the floor however it just lets me add pictures not video. Room 303

Room, especially bathroom dirty. Beds were clean. Broken equipment in weight room, vending machines need updated. Water cooler dry in weight are which seems largely unused. Seems like very limited cleaning staff overall - did not see one during my stay. It is way below others I've stayed at. The Comfort in Crystal lake is an older building but is 5 times better. Listed above

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was good, beds were comfortable and located in a very nice area. The hotel is very outdated, prices were high for a Comfort Inn, bleach smell in rooms and other odor in halls. The first sliding door to walk inside to the front desk stayed open, did not close. The breakfast was good, but closed early for a weekend.

The property is dilapidated, smells like wet dog and the staff was never at the desk and didn’t answer the phone. Our room was filthy, half used shampoo, no soap and one roll of toilet paper. Had to find one of the room service people for toilet paper and he was busy watching tv in the room he was “cleaning”. My husband half jokingly called this the Discomfort Inn. Never again!

This comfort Inn was really nice. My family stayed 6 nights. The AC worked really well. The room and bathroom were clean and in great shape. Plenty of towels. The shower head had multiple settings and flowed better than shower heads in other places. The TV had plenty of stations and the beds were comfortable. They have a pretty good continental breakfast and there is plenty of parking. They have working ice machines and the indoor pool is clean. The staff are really helpful and very professional. We would definitely return if we visit the area in the future.

This is a budget hotel and that is what is feels like. Bed was comfortable and room/bathroom relatively clean.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was non existent. No eggs and no coffee.

The coffee pot was broke and they needed more varieties of food.

Staff was very friendly, clean room and atmosphere.

Had to switch rooms, as we requested non-smoking and immediately upon walking in first room I was choking on that cigarette smoke smell. This property was also supposed to be smoke free.
