Shower head was leaking

The room was awful! The bedside stand was falling off the wall and anything we put on it would slide off! There was black mold on the shower curtain. The room smelled of mold. The window would not lock. The screw on the door lock was half unscrewed. When showed the checked in person he told us the smell was “English oil” we left and could not even spent 1 night there! He would not refund our money. Previous decorations were not even taken down! Dirty bedding. Terrible terrible

Room was ok. Bed was not great, breakfast was not good. gravy was cold, barely anything to get. workout room not available. Just a place to sleep. Charge a deposit and it stays on your card for awhile. Only recommend as a last resort.

Unfortunately the room smelled very musty and there was a loose tile on the bathroom floor. The room otherwise was decent. The staff was friendly.

There was no hot tub, which that’s fine. Read the reviews please. We are given it five stars out of five cause it was cheap and it was clean and there was no beds and we got breakfast. It was expected. It was a normal cheap hotel. Read the reviews. The pool was very cold, there was no hot tub. Other than that everything else was expected, the bed was clean. It was comfortable. The pillows were fine and comfortable. There was no weird smell. I don’t know what’s going on with these other people, but the hotel was fine and it has a big nice grand staircase with a big chandelier in the front of it. Breakfast was biscuits and gravy, yogurt, fruit, toast, muffins, waffles, and syrup.

The pool was extremely freezing. Couldn’t even enjoy it, the outlet in the bathroom didn’t work so couldn’t plug things i needed in the bathroom to use the mirror. There was not another outlet next to the mirror in the room. The lights in the room flickered so couldn’t really use lights in the room really outdated pillow smelled like mold

The pool was freezing cold and smelled so strong of chlorine that we couldn’t handle staying for very long. The breakfast left so much to be desired. The gravy was ice cold and the waffle tasted sour. Ended up having to go across the street to Dunkin for breakfast. Definitely won’t be staying at this location again.

Came to the hotel because I had surgery on Tuesday and it was for me to relax and recover. Wednesday evening I took my pain medicine around 9 o’clock at 10:45 PM. I was awaken by a staff member banging on my door, then proceeded it when I opened it to ask me for my ID and to tell me I was not supposed to be in that room after I told him that I was here until the next morning he kept on badgering me about my ID and I politely close the door and then called down to the front desk, where the woman told me that I was not supposed to be in that room that there was no reservation and I needed to come down and explain to her why I’m in that room. I went down there with my hospital bracelet still on my discharge papers and she factored me saying I was not supposed to be in that room. There was no reservation. I had to show her my reservation online. I showed her where I paid for it on my card show to my hospital bracelet and my discharge paper showing my name on it, and she still looked at me like I was lying. Then after about five minutes, she found my reservation with no apology. Explanation anything she just walked off and then I returned to my room.

Affordable for travel

The hotel is lovely but older than all of the more expensive places. There were small bugs in the bathroom, but that was the biggest problem. The TV remote was a problem, and it is harder to find the major networks.
