Everything was good until a roach crawled out in the bathroom

I love the cleanliness of

The location is very convenient. That said the condition of the building was terrible. Missing push bars on the exit doors (probably a fire reg. violation). Cracked mirrors in the bathroom. No service for the room during the stay. Hanger for clothing falls off to the touch. Weight room "out of order". Breakfast was a joke. And BTW, I don't normally do reviews.

The fitness room was closed down indefinitely. Breakfast was not good yogurt was curdled. No milk for cereal. No jam for toast. Our room was not well cleaned. Dirt in corners of room and on floor. The place was very noisy guests jumping on the floor above us all night.
-
I had ants all over the place. The room can use a fresh clean coat of paint and some upgrade.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The location was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty!

You have to pay for Wi-Fi

Cleaning all the trash out of the parking lot and glass bottles and parking spots. Covers on outlets would be nice. Our room should be what we paid for and what was in the pictures. The guy at the front desk said they didn’t even have any rooms to accommodate what we booked. The fridge was dirty and it smelled like paint. Black stains on carpet carpets leading to the room were gross There was also black mold behind the door in the bathroom. The toilet paper holder that was supposed to be mounted into the side of the bathroom sink would fall out every time you try to get toilet paper out of it. terrible.

Everything was great.

Then the breakfast...oh my what an experience! Biscuits hard with what was supposed to be sausage gravy. It was more runny than a soup...and COLD, not just lukewarm, fricking COLD! The yogurt had a good expiration date, but it didn't look like it had been constantly refrigerated, it had started to seperate and cuddle. The waffle mix was almost as runny as the sausage gravy, but it still made a waffle that was rubbery, not crisp like a waffle should be. The coffee machine dispensed something, but I would not call it coffee. I thought that at least I can make coffee in my room with pods, but that told me what the real problem was. The water in the entire hotel was putrid. I learned an expensive lesson... no more Quality Inns for me.

The over all experience was great. We only stayed one night so for a place to just sleep for the night it was decent. They guy who checked us in screwed up our room number so when they did late night room checks we were woken up at 11:30pm and had to validate our booking all over again.

It was available The room key deactivated every single night. The tub was hard to operate.. the room was smelly
-
The staff were always kind and helpful, the pool worked and smelled of chlorine, and the location was decent. Unfortunately, that doesn't help the fact that the place is a total dive. The doors are super old, and so old that there was a huge Crack in the front door of our room so you could almost see the hallway. The bedside table was titled so everything fell right off. The pillows were sad and small and had hairs on them. The curtains and walls had stains and marks on them. The bathroom was filthy, the toilet seat my husband had to repair thats how broken down it was - and was so gross looking. By the way, the side door entrance we just walked in without our room key - seems like a safety issue! Oh and all night long we could hear our upstairs neighbors running and jumping. Not sure Quality Inn is the right name for this one.

Not a good experience
-
The online version and the in person version of the hotel were absolutely not the same. The hotel is incredibly outdated. The breakfast was terrible. Greatly that was as runny as water, Frozen biscuits in an electric skillet that never saw an oven. A waffle maker that does not get your waffles all the way done. Yogurt that was separated and lumpy, but not lumpy because of the fruit. The pillows were the size of a small couch pillow. The double beds are a full size not a queen. Overall do not recommend do not waste your money.

The room smelled like smoke and body odor, when we specifically requested a non smoking room. Next, when we turned the light on roaches were seen crawling in on the door and the floor. When this was reported to the staff the we're nonshalant and disregard our concerns. We asked for a refund as we refused to board in these conditions and the staff refused.

Terrible upkeep
-
The smell of mildew and mold was very prominent the entire stay. The side entrance door by our room did not function properly at all, it did not lock. Nothing was available to use the exercise room, the pool, nor was there any breakfast. We were awoken around 1:30 AM with fire alarms and made to evacuate, the building due to weed smoke that had been going on all day with no actions being taken. When complaints were made we were asked if compensation for the lack of sleep and risk to my family and a lot of the other guest were acceptable. The feeling of being dismissed with assurances of full refunds, but nothing has ever come through at least for me is very disappointing and upsetting. My daughter was there for a AAU basketball tournament and she did not get sufficient sleep (the entire point of staying at the hotel)

Clean. Friendly staff

This hotel is disgusting. People hanging around outside/inside of the hotel. As soon as you walk into the room it takes your breath away due to the smell of musty mold. The window seals are full of mold, you can see on the walls they have painted over the mold. The walls by the entrance door are covered in black mold. The beds are so small they definitely do not fit 2 people unless they are under the age of 5. The lock on our door was falling off unscrewed barely hanging on. There was a roach in the room. The tv in the room didn’t work, the ice machine was broken. The laundry room is out of service. The breakfast was ice cold when telling staff they just ignored you. The entire room was not up to par. By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and would not recommend this at all.
