I booked this hotel because it said could sleep 7 in suite and rollaway beds were available. Checked in only to find out it does sleep 7 but no rollaway beds available (so really can only sleep 6). Our room ceiling in bathroom and closet were full of black mold. The tub spout was coming off the wall and hot water took 5 min to start. The sink didnt drain quickly nor did the toilet flush well. Carpets in room were stained up. Had to ask after 2 nights for our room to be cleaned and fresh towels and they took 7 towels yet only returned us 3. Breakfast was awful. The sandwiches put out were frozen still in the middle and when asking if more were available was told she only got so many to put out per day. Hotel felt in very poor conditions not as a Marriott.

The facility needs some serious care. Elevators were seriously dirty and extremely slow running. Breakfast was bare minimum and hours or operation were not suited for sleeping in. That said however, the room was clean and the mattresses were comfortable which is important for a good nights sleep. Suite only has a micro fridge- Upside was the staff was super nice and helpful. Too bad the owners aren't willing to invest in the facilities upkeep. I will be passing on the Marriott chain.

Disappointing

Eggs were terrible as they were some kind of processed food. The guy who checked us in was not friendly at all. He alone would make me not come back.

We drove down from Wisconsin for a tournament and arrived around 11:30 a.m. We stopped to ask about the earliest possible check-in so we could plan our day. We were told to come back in about an hour. We returned around 2:30 p.m., were given keys to Room 606, and left for our tournament. When we came back after 8:00 p.m., our room door was open. We looked inside and found another guest’s belongings everywhere. The room was clearly occupied, yet it had been assigned to us. We had to haul all of our luggage back to the front desk to be assigned another room. This wasn’t just an inconvenience. It was a serious privacy and security issue for both us and the guests whose room we were given access to. While the staff apologized, there was little acknowledgment of how serious the mistake was. The replacement room wasn’t much better. There was hair on the bathroom floor, and the bathroom door wouldn’t latch shut. The elevator was also out of service, forcing guests to use the stairs. Around checkout time, an employee was mopping the stairwell, making the only available way in and out even more difficult to navigate with luggage. Overall, this stay was disappointing and raised concerns about housekeeping, room management, maintenance, and guest safety. I hope management takes meaningful steps to prevent this from happening again.

The staff very friendly, and overall clean and great stay! No trash bags in the room, and no vending machines.

I booked a king and “all they had” was a room with 2 double beds

Wrong type of room, microwave didn’t work and breakfast was limited.

Good

Grandson's enjoyed the pool. Breakfast very limited. Glad for cereal. Elevators were slow and floors inside needed cleaned. Ice maker on 5th floor never worked. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

My kids love being in the pool Clean

Clean room and all, staff was excellent my only complaint was the pool was a little run down, but chipped paint didn’t bother us, we had a great time, kfc and Taco Bell and Cracker Barrel were all easy walking distance. It was about 30 minutes from the great American ballpark and also Same from the Cincinnati museum if history, we visited both and this hotel worked way better than I he hustle and bustle of being right in town. Dollar tree and gas station right across the way also.

Everything was excellent!

The hotel was not in good repair and it was not well-mantained in terms of cleanliness. The staff was very nice but we left after one night because it felt really gross.
-
Breakfast wasn't great. We tried it both mornings, ended up buying something on the road. What was available did not taste good.
-
Facility was clean and all amenities were quality and in good order. Staff was respectful and polite.
