One working elevator out of two some kind of kids soccer tournament going on that weekend the guests that came in from overseas with the soccer teams continue to party in the lobby Saturday evening from 6:00 till like midnight with their own booze and beer in the lobby the kids were running up and down the stairs using the elevators so other people couldn't use them and throwing their trash everywhere it was a real ridiculous experience very disappointed I could have probably gotten a subpar hotel room for cheaper and had a better experience very disappointed!!!

The room was nice and roomy. Liked the floor space didn't feel cramped.

Breakfast was terrible unfortunately and only one elevator was working. It was a bit noisy since we were by the maintenance closet. No ice machine in our floor when ch sucked with only 1 elevator working.

This was the best stay I've ever had! The desk agent Tammy was so sweet, helpful and genuinely cared about the quality of our stay!

Room was sub par. Shower was dirty, room looks like it hasn’t had a renovation since early 2000s.

in late on our check in day and were told they cancelled our reservation and gave our room away!! I had already pre paid for this room for the weekend and wasn’t even the next day! DONT STAY HERE

Black mold in bathroom… not safe area. Worst hotel ever

We didn't arrive until 11:30 pm and there were other families just checking in as well. When each of us checked in we were told "We are going to go check and make sure the room is ready." It's 11:30 at night. Why would the room NOT be ready? Then I went to shower and the bottles in the shower were: shampoo, conditioner, and shampoo. No body wash to actually wash with and I discovered when washing my hair that the conditioner was empty. They had no towels for the pool or extra blankets to use with the sofa bed. We will NEVER go back to this hotel!
