Nothing Filthy peed on sheets burned sheets soiled bedding soiled broken chair no ice no coffee no breakfast as it says nothing people live here. Selling drugs smells like weed a weird man jumped out of his room at me and my grandson I'm so mad I'm going to Claremore police to report this place no one should promote this place unless your a druggy I'm demanding a full refund and 2 nights somewhere I'm not grossed out and scared I talked to front desk all they say is they won't hurt you not working for me I will contact everyone I can to let them know of this drughole dump

Got in car today to get the hell out on my seat was a mans wallet evidently trying to steal my car I want my money back now and 3 nights where druggies don't live you should be shut down for advertising this horrible placr

Location and parking lot. The towels were dirty, so I couldn’t shower. The sheets probably weren’t freshly washed since they didn’t feel clean.

I missed the call they made to me the afternoon before I left. But they called again the day after I was already in Oklahoma around noon to tell me they had a plumbing issue and would not have a room for me. So I didn't stay.

I was called around 2-3 P.M. the day before check in, which I missed because I was getting ready to leave on my trip. they called again the next day around noon to tell me they had a plumbing issue and would not have a room for me . I booked in April I believe. So I didn't end up staying there.

Great place to sleep while traveling.

Reasonably priced. Not very clean. Needed to be updated. Bathroom was clean but very old.

Rooms were dirty. Old air conditioners were just laying around outside. Ice machine broke, vending machine broke. The continental breakfast was honey buns, coffee and orange juice. What a joke. This place was horrible

The room was very dirty the sheets on bed looked dirty. There was no coffee maker in room, we were told we could purchase coffee in the morning. When I asked why the carpet was so filthy, I was told they had someone stay for 5 weeks and they didn't have time to clean it. There was food left in refrigerator. The worst room I have ever stayed in and will never be back! I also have photos to share on social media. I would give them a score of -10.

I paid my bill at ten thirty. bill was due at eleven. And then they knocked on my door for housekeeping 3 times then they came to that door for bug control. I tell them I have breathing problems and animal and I cannot have the spray around me so they told me I had to leave in 10 minutes. Or I wouldn't get my money back. I left within the 10 minutes and They still didn't refund my money. So now because of booking dot com, i'm out over five hundred dollars and staying in my truck in a walmart Is parking lot. I would strongly disagree if anybody using your company I will tell everybody online and personal. Tell telling them about my experience with you. I didn't like anything. You made me travel 5 cities to find a motel through you. And I've been turned down by every property they have sent me. They were rude. Would not listen to me. They kept putting me on hold. Then they hung up on me. I will never use the program. And I will put it on the web with screen shots.

It’s a 2 star accommodation. The room had old dirty musty smelling carpeting, and the wall outlets we’re literally mobile. Just a few cockroaches to add to the ambiance. On a positive the A/C worked well and lots of hot water.

Price and locale ok. Foul smelling, faulty lighting, cracked in half bath door, just creepy and no refund for cancelation.

Location near where I need to go. Very unprofessional, unresponsive to customer/myself. Failed to clean the room. After coming back from my day out, the room was not clean. Everything remains the same as I left for the day. No refill with toilet paper, towels.
