Pleasant and comfortable

The yard guys came so early and woke us up. Fire alarm at 7 in the morning was jolting. Glad it works, and glad it was a false alarm, but hotels are supposed to be a place of rest, which we did not get after 7 in the morning on either of our two mornings there, both of which were after late evenings.

Check in was flawless, Megyn was very friendly and helpful with info on the area. Everything met expectations, no improvement needed.

Nothing the pool was down for maintenance and that was the only reason i booked it They wouldnt give me a refund

The location had bed bugs!!! We did not stay! Totally unacceptable! BED BUGS! Totally unacceptable!

Staff was very helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable Our room was located by the elevator and you could hear people talking so loud until 1:00am. The room was very noisy. Did not like that. Would hope further away from elevators would be much more quiet and peaceful
