the facility was clean Angela the night clerk would not honor our reservation so we had to rent a room because she said that when we booked the room on Wednesday that room was not available so she didn’t understand why bookings gave us that room!! So the manager named Casey fixed the mess!!

My son and I stayed here before moving into Roger State Uni - being from the UK and having had a long journey and also being quite an emotional time for me (mum) leaving my son on his college journey the reception we had from the staff was lovely - thank you.

It was very spacious, quiet, and centrally located to a lot restaurants and stores The room was slight cold, but you were able to adjust that with the wall thermostat. Wish however that the fridge had a freezer component.

Food was decent. Couldn't watch TV. They couldn't fix it. Wouldn't fix it. Air conditioner couldn't be turned down. We were freezing!

Room 423 is infested with fleas and the continental breakfast is too salty to even eat. We spoke to the lady at the front desk and told her about the flea problem. She said it’s either fleas ants or fruit flies then laughed about it told us at least they don’t have bedbugs. I guess to make us feel better.
