Very friendly staff and nice hotel. The only drawback was that the pool was out of service.

The rooms need attention with some patches on walls but no paint repair and it didn't look like housekeeping had vacuumed. A tornado went through this area so they are working on things. Breakfast was the best!
-
The only thing I had an issue with was the ice bucket. The under side of the lid was nasty and greasy. Other than that everything was great!

The 2 ladies at check in were very friendly. The WiFi was not working due to a tornado that had come through the city a week before and they were very apologetic for that l.

It was in okay condition, the carpet was worn and dirty looking, the mattress was hard, the building looked fairly old and run down. The staff was amazing, very nice. The outside was very well landscaped. The breakfast was nicely presented and clean area. The nearby neighborhood was somewhat like a junkyard, but that’s not the hotels fault. The bathroom had half of the lights burned out, and the room was very very dark, it was hard to do my makeup. Bring a light. The pillows were excellent and the sheets seemed clean and fresh. It was bug free and quiet. Probably the best place in town, so there’s that.

Hotel needs some updates. Carpet in room was sad, but it was clean and the staff was nice. Just needs some sprucing up.

Hotel is a little run down. Ice maker out of order on my floor. Pool is closed. Feels like it needs a little cleaning. The air freshener is pumping strong, though! Lol.

The staff was rarely at the front desk and they were not very friendly. The cleaning crew did not clean the room and only restocked the towels and took out the trash. The bed was super uncomfortable and sounded like it was breaking at the edge of you sat down.

Shocked with the condition of our bathroom. The ceiling was split and discolored. No idea how a room in that condition can be $174 but it was! So disappointing.
