Gateway Inn and Suites

THEY SUCK THEY ARE RUDE ROOMS ARE DIRTY THEY ARE RUDE NO BREAKFAST NOR POOL LIKE THEY SAY AND LOCATION IS FULL OF DRUGS AND HOMELESSnESS!!!!!

It’s right by the mall and in walking distance of several restaurants. The staff dedcided to clean the carpet in the rooms and opened my door several times even after asking them not to open my door but to wait after they knock. They did not respect this wish. They threatened to call the police on me because I asked they stopped opening my door. The removed furniture from the room for a day to clean and continue to disturb.

Bugs and furniture everywhere outside and the vending machine took your money

It was a nice room for the price, I noticed there upgrading there rooms so that was nice to see.I got there earlier than check in time and they didn't mention it which I really appreciated that☺️

It was convenient to stores and shopping

When we got there I had to clean the walls and everything and there were roaches.

I really just want to give a shout out to Justin or Jason who was at the front desk when I checked in on the morning of the 23rd at 2:00 a.m. he was a real person who understood real needs and not a kiosk with somebody however far away trying to do whatever they're doing. it's called the hospitality business for a reason and that man showed hospitality I had a bad experience at a hotel right before that the Days inn Windham in oak Grove Pembroke and he made my night just made my night so much better. so shout out to you homie I told you I'd leave you a good review and I am

They didn’t have anything they claimed to have. They have roaches & the rooms are nasty. Do not go

Stepping into the room: it smelled, the ac when turned on sounded like a laun mower and stayed like that. The carpet was nasty to walk on barefoot. Everything was stained; the towels, bed sheets, walls, toilet seat.

Good price for a comfortable night stay.

Nothing It was literally terrifying. We spent a total of two hours before I left and went and got another place. It smelled like marijuana. I had prepaid, so I lost my money, but it was worth my peace of mind.

Not enough towels only given two for family of five. Was given upstairs room when needed downstairs due to disability. The beds were not queens like it stated when I paid n reserved They were very small kike a full. Online states complimentary breakfast which they had none not even a coffee pot in room. TV had very few channels.

Everything was bad 1 star Crack house at best

Entire room smelled like smoke. Dirty walls.

The staff were very kind and accommodating. Joshua was a huge help. Tv didnt work. Bathroom light didn’t work. Outlet by the bed was ripped out of the wall and we couldn’t use it.

We got a refund and didn't stay there. Room smelled like smoke. Patches on the walls and furniture was damaged and in poor condition. Would never stay there.
