We had an amazing time the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. We would definitely stay here again.

Terrible staff from the ground up to manager
-
Over all it was a good experience. The room could have been cleaner but the staff was extremely helpful.
-
Only complaint I have are the beds are pretty stiff and the check out lady was on her phone and didn’t acknowledge me until I said well here are the keys for checkout after waiting a few.

Loved the stay the breakfast staff was the best

My teenage daughter and I had a really nice overnight stay. The indoor pool was great, especially with it raining outside. The fitness center was fun. Beds were super comfy and the A/C was a welcome respite from the heat wave!

Rose and Jodi are so nice and welcoming to the property. Clean nice rooms and hot showers.

Front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. He was more than helpful when I tried to get my card to scan. The pool was nice and cool and the hot tub was perfect to warm up afterwards. Our room was nice and clean. The only thing my son didn’t like was the tv didn’t have YouTube access lol but we will definitely be staying there again.

The hotel was very clean.

Older hotel , not the cleanest in my room but not dirty either . The bubbles in the hot tub were aggressive, I think it was low on water. Guy at the front super sweet and helpful. Breakfast was good and the cook was sweet as pie.

Immediately noticed the property was well-manicured and beautiful flowers. The place was sold-out and many people checking late at night, but the manager was polite and responsive to the needs of the guests The room was clean and cool when we walked in from the heat. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the gentleman working it was awesome! He made sure you were going to have a great day before departing. Adjoining room doors, extremely high ceilings in our first floor room.

The staff are so welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much for taking good care of us! I wish they had the breakfast a little bit longer till 10am

The staff was fantastic and the hotel was very clean and comfortable The breakfast closing is too early.

I want to say our stay was great. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night, but the service from check-in to check-out was outstanding. Earl did a delightful job making sure our breakfast needs were met. He personally greeted us and fulfilled all our breakfast needs. We will surely put this hotel on our list of places to stay when in Clarksville.

An enjoyable stay

Clean facility, great staff and good breakfast. All good
-
Nice room, friendly staff, appreciate pet friendly, breakfast was good; however, was be better if it was available longer, breakfast ended at 9am. While traveling would like more time to sleep, checkout is at 11am.
-
The room was spotless and the staff was very helpful. We stopped overnight on our way to Chattanooga, and had a very pleasant night's sleep.

This facility should have an excellent rating, but the noisy fan in the swimming area was so obnoxious that we couldn’t be in there more than 10 minutes. Definitely too high a decibel level. Room was very very nice. Bed very, very comfortable. Amazing breakfast, hot and also many healthy choices. Too bad the amenities were so bad. I could only recommend if people did not intend to use the swimming pool/hot tub area at all.

Really wish I could get my money back for this stay. I've stayed in many hotels along the interstate but this one is less than 150 feet from I-24 and it is ridiculously loud. Wish I had a pair of ear plugs. Check in guy was very unpleasant as well. Breakfast was pretty good and earl was really friendly. Bed was very comfortable. Parking is sparse and seemed like the spaces were more narrow than usual. If u can handle the road noise with ear plugs it would be a decent stop but it was too much for me.
