The property was clean , good air conditioning and good maintenance, but the staff assigned to us a room for people with disabilities and the bathroom was a mess and the breakfast was not good because they used cheap food and I had allergies because of that.

The hotel is very nice. The pool was great! The person who checked me in wasn’t too knowledgeable about the area but there are many restaurants and the beach is very close only 3 blocks away. Next time I go to Clearwater stay in a hotel right on the beach.

Valet parking services were horrible: overpriced and you have to wait for your car while one person valet is golfcarting folks to the beach. Valet service is a subcontractor for the hotel, and both, valets and hotel are not responsible for any damages. Pool was “broken”one day, hallway A/c was not working another day. Monday breakfast orange juice tasted like it was was watered down.

Staff was nice, especially the valet guys. The golf cart service was excellent!

Clean room, most of all my favorite color yellow was the best thank you .

Your beds are a little hard tho, please upgrade. I always expect a soft bed at Fairfield but I was disappointed with that. My ac in room was crap so was moved to another room. Unconvinced to pack everything up again but they did the only thing they could do I guess. Could’ve maybe gave us a free night or something but it was fine. One of few places that offered free breakfast tho.

Pool was great, gym was well equipped and the breakfast was amazing! Would recommend and will stay there again next time I am in the area.

Great place. Quiet and comfortable

I enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The staff was very helpful and accommodating! The shuttle service to the beach and restaurants were great!

Even with a short stay the location was great with what I had planned. The staff was very helpful and accommodating upon arrival with an early check in. Will definitely keep them in mind on future trips.

Found a live roach in the room. Ac is loud. Pool area felt dirty. Gym equipment placement not thought through.

The property was fine. My complaint would be the parking situation and cost.

Great place to spend time at Clearwater. Very professional and polite. The shuttle is amazing except that it is very limited to half a mile and for someone handicap they should make exceptions or help

El sitio me encargó, me encantó el cuarto amplio cómodo limpio el staff profesional atendieron lo que queríamos el desayuno estuvo fantástico lo recomiendo me gustó completamente y está perfectamente ubicado a cinco minutos caminando de la playa. Maravilloso
